As you walk past you can smell the leather and as you come closer, you can see the quality of their work. Cueros Mata only works with leather (although you can add jean or other fabric as details) and makes shoes "a tu medida" meaning, you can come in with a design and they can help you recreate it. The price isn't much different than say, a pair of Steve Madden boots, in fact the majority of them range between 50 mil to 90 mil - which for good quality leather hand-made shoes is a bargain.
