It starts with a phone call to a well trained team member. I'm being realistic! It isn't very often that I strike an inexperienced consultant but when I do; there's a more experienced one nearby to take over if required. They are always willing to take and accept feedback and constructive criticism. Delivery time is pretty efficient- it isn't very often that I get a late one and they're very quick to rectify the matter if ever if happens. Then there's the pizza - what can I say? Delicious! I get what I asked for and it is of a very high quality. It is impossible to create the perfect pizza when working in a pressurised environment but Dominos comes very close. They are full of flavour and cater to the needs of the customer - vegan, gluten free etc. Not everyone will agree but it is impossible to please and satisfy everyone but Dominos has pleased and satisfied me.
