Domino's has always been my go-to place for pizza but to say last night's order was disappointing is an understatement. The veggie pizza had no sauce on it. Well, let me tell you... I have dealt with this location time and time again (none of which were exemplary but nonetheless it's Barstow sooooo [I bit my tongue]..... But tonight was the straw that broke my back! I called and ordered... Blah, blah, blah... 20-25 minutes was the estimate. THAT WAS AT 6 PM. 6:40--- I started calling.... HOLY CRAP!!! I literally got a busy signal for at least ten minutes! (I'm not embellishing) I finally got through and when the phone call was answered and they asked if I could hold and I said "NO" because I was so frustrated the guy DIDNT EVEN HEAR ME AND PUT ME ON HOLD!!!! I waited another eight minutes of which I finally received the pizza. The poor delivery guy (Pete) was nice but on the receiving end of my frustration. I apologized but showed him my phone that I WAS STILL ON HOLD!!! (I literally had my phone on speaker so the delivery guy could hear/see me trying to call the company AND see how long I had been on hold!) I finally got to talk to George (the manager) who I communicated my situation to... This is a TO BE CONTINUED.... Because George made promises.... We shall see if he can deliver... I order dominos sometimes multiple times a week. It's literally always a battle ordering my wings. I ask for them to b ran threw the oven 3 times. Sounds excessive but it's the only way i like them. I just don't like a slimy soggy wing. Sometimes they do it. I'll get comments like "ok well if they are burnt we won't do a refund" I tell them that's fine. I like my wings more on the burnt side. When they do it I enjoy my wings. I get so frustrated when I order them and it's clear they were only ran threw once. Like i get that it's a strange request but I spend tons of money at dominos. It shouldn't b that difficult to just make them the way i want them. Weather they think it's a good idea or not. Follow orders. I end up throwing the soggy shit away. Wasting money. More often it's not done rite. Sucks that it's convenient ordering pizza on busy days for the kids. And pizza hut here is shit. But I guess I'll find somewhere else. read more

What could say pizza is good i enjoy it. Is not the best or the worst in barstow. I just felt they rip me off why would they sale me ranch if my order came with ranch. I usually like ordering Dominos pizza.... The pizza is good with the right amount of sauce and cheese to not have me in the toilet all night! But this particular evening I placed a big order online for the UFC fight. People were pitching in so we had cash to pay for the pizza. Our pizza order was about $73 and after I went to check out it advised me that due to the $50 limit I must pay with a card! Wth? I had cash, all 20's and a nice tip for the driver, so instead of taking my order and accepting cash they just deny my whole order!? This is ridiculous as I never heard of this before. I canceled my order and went with Pizza Hut instead. They allowed me to pay with cash but just asked that I didn't pay with bills larger than $20... No problemo! That's all we had is $20's. This is indeed a horrible policy of Dominos! They should really change this to avoid losing customers as they did this evening! Kudos to Pizza Hut!!! Cash makes the world go round! :) read more

Concerning your store located at 560 E Virginia Way, Ste B, Barstow, CA 92311. I placed an order via the dominos app today at about 1730 on 26 November 22. The delivery driver was very rude, and complained about how hard it was to deliver where I live. Yet I had 4 prior deliveries here before with no problems. After listening to his diatribe about not locating me, I finally asked him to return to the store and I will come get it. While at the store, I asked the manager to refund the deliver fee to which he refused. He also stated that they do not deliver out where I live, that it was a mistake To which I informed him that the last 4 times I ordered pizza from the dominos app he responded that the last 4 times were mistakes.... In short, I viewed that as though I was being called a liar. I do not appreciate that and fortunately, before I let my temper kick in, I left. I do not like how I was treated by that store at the above location. Since the manager stated that those 5 deliveries, 4 prior deliveries plus tonite's failed delivery being the 5th, clearly demonstraights your manager is a liar when he says that they do not deliver out where I live. But no worries, as I do not do business with those that treat me like garbage. I will no longer do business with dominos. My satisfaction will be knowing that they will never receive a y more of my money. I don't tolerate this level of abuse. All I wanted was a refund of the $6.00 on the delivery fee. Since I had to come pick up the pizza. To me that was a very reasonable request. But because of the abuses I had to go through at this particular store, i posted this complaint on on yelp, the corporate facebook web page and the corporate contact page. It is what it is... I just moved here from Northern Virginia, was on the road for five straight days... and boy, i am hungry. so i decided to order Dominos. This place only gets worse. They got order wrong and said they were remaking it. 20 mins later with no word I inquired about the delay and they had forgotten to remake it. I rarely waste my time on reviews and even less so on negative ones but sometimes it's warranted, so here goes. Horrible.....horrible.......HOOOORRIBLE! I don't expect much from Domino's in the quality category but what the hell, it qualifies as food most of the time. I ordered online as usual and selected "pay in store" as I always do since paying for crap online usually (in my experience) gets your credit card info stolen. Problem is, although they "neglect" to mention it until you arrive, the store is locked up like Fort Knox and you can't pay inside. Now in addition to wasting 30 minutes waiting and driving there I now can't get what I ordered and their COMPLETE lack of concern for customer service wasted my lunchtime. I ended up going to a fast food burger joint (bleccchh!) as the morons at Domino's left me little choice. Never again. read more

Our experience with Domino's in Barstow has been inconsistent. The pizza seems pretty much standard and dependable, the sandwiches much less so. We have ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, the Italian, the Chicken Sandwich, and at different times, the sandwiches have been either good or severely lacking. Sometimes, the sandwiches are severely lacking in ingredients, leading to a pretty big disappointment. Other times, the sandwiches seemed full of ingredients, causing a different reaction. I cannot account for the discrepancy. Different cooks at different times? I don't know. But, the hit-and-miss combination has kind of put us off ordering the sandwiches. Since Domino's is the only place (to date) that delivers in Barstow, and if you aren't in the mood for a pizza, that leaves you with the option of ordering a sandwich that can be satisfying or just the opposite. The only other complaint is that you cannot order online (as you can with the rest of the civilized world). Woe to all Bostonians because NO ONE will deliver food to your doorstep. read more

OK, so I don't eat pizza, I'm lactose intolerant BUT I decided to treat the family because I didn't want to cook. I ordered 3 different take away 3 topping pizzas, 1 of them was for me, took the Lactaid. My drive to get the pizza was about 25 minutes as I live outside of town in a rural area. Does everyone check their pizza before they leave the pizza place? I don't know, I don't eat pizza. So I get home and find that I have 2 of the same kind of pizza and 1 other that I had ordered NOT 3 different pizzas. Domino's you have pissed me off!! $7.99 is a GREAT deal for a 3 topping large pizza but because it's so cheap do you not take the time to care if your customer actually has the pizza or pizzas they ordered? This is the Domino's in Barstow. It will take me a long time to ever order from you again, like after I have a stoke and forget. We order online and always get the chicken alfredo bread bowls. They are so good and they always make them perfectly. We order so often that most of the employees know me by name and not too long ago I had to call in my order and the person answering the phone told me I was an awesome customer!
