I have lived in my current location for almost 8 years and the Domino's Pizza place in Benton Kentucky has always delivered to get a pizza ordered and was informed they no longer deliver here that I would have to meet them somewhere. It will say it's ready on the app. We will watch them walk around and scroll their phones while we wait with our flashers on. So then , ok let's go in and get it. When the online tracker said it was ready I pulled up to the window and it was ready to pick up. Idk if it's just this location or all of them, but this one's never been good. There's not enough sauce on the pizza even when we order extra. The delivery takes 45 minutes when they're a couple minutes down the road. They stopped giving the pity discounts for taking so long too. They stopped caring. read more

Horrible place. We've ordered at least a dozen times from this location over the past four years and honestly have gotten what we ordered once. Christmas time we ordered so that my parents and my kids could have something to eat while my wife and I were out shopping. Was told there is a delivery fee, no problem. Hour and a half goes by and my mom texts me to let me know they still haven't got any food. My wife calls Dominoes and they tell her it's been ready waiting for us to pick it up. We tell them that it was for delivery and the girl that took the order even said there was a delivery fee. We talk to a manager and she argues with us and tells us they are just teenagers and we need to cut them some slack. They finally get the stuff delivered after we paid another delivery fee. Of course the pizza was ice cold and inedible after sitting out for 2 hours under a heat lamp. Many times we order a meetza with extra cheese, and get a cheese pizza. Last Saturday my wife and I went on a date night. Mom and dad was with the kids again and ordered a 1/2 meetza, 1/2 cheese. They got a cold burnt 1/2 meetza, 1/2 nothing but sauce. We live just a little over 2 miles away. I can't stant this place, and it's been like this since before the covid pandemic. This Domino's is getting worse all the time. I've been ordering from them for years but if anyone else... ANYONE else... delivered here I would've quit ordering from them a couple years ago. If i call the store to see where my delivery is, they will offer a free pizza to be redeemed within a week, but I'm not that anxious to get another cold pizza. The delivery takes forever, the food has been sitting under a heating lamp too long, and it's a disappointment when you do get your dinner. read more

I have been ordering from this Dominoes for over a year now. When we moved nearby, they were very helpful about local things people need to know. Very friendly, fast service, and in that entire time my orders have never been wrong. It doesn't matter if it was online or in-person, they never exceed the expected time range they give. The health score has been 95+ both times I have seen it, and the restaurant is like any other. Needs a sweeping sometimes, but it's part of food service. The staff have washed their hands whenever I see them touch their faces. 5stars all the way. read more

Horrible! Glass shards in our food! I wish I could give this place zero stars. First off, our pizzas came cold and rubber-like. We had delivery, so we gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Well.. Prepare yourself for this.. 3 of us total, each grabbed a slice of our pizzas. We hungrily, without care of taste, gobbled down our slices until one person exclaimed "holy crap there's glass!" Well, he was correct. Giant glass shards were tucked away into cheesy pizza... The horror. I called the location to speak with the manager and I had experienced the worst customer service I've ever subjected to. The manager, Jason (who refused to give his last name), told me that they have no glass in the facility. (Just to say, the redneck Jason didn't put it so eloquently..) He told me that nothing was contained in glass, although I pointed out the fact that they use glass light bulbs to illuminate their facility..he still denied the fact that glass was used in the building. He offered a cash refund and was a total, completely incompetent jerk. The nerve?! I promptly called the safety hotline to file a complaint, and then, 10 minutes later the same questionable manager, Jason, offered us a refund and a replacement. HA! Like we going to eat more glass shard, spit infested pizza. Thanks for the glass/gastrointestinal medical complications Jason. You'll be hearing from my lawyer. read more
