They vaguely walk away to a table and leave you wondering if you are meant to follow. You sit and wait and wait and eventually have to flag someone down to take your order. Then, despite saying they provide refills on drinks, nobody ever comes around to check on you and when the staff do walk by they are looking at the floor and avoiding all eye contact. It would be a far better dining experience if you simply had staff who paid attention, looked around, and thought once in a while about what they need to be doing. However the food is quite nice. Lots of options, nice flavour:m. So if you can get your meal ordered you will enjoy it but far out, the amount of micro-managing that's needed to get to this point is abysmal. I spoke to the manager about the service and she said "it depends on the day".

Menu is extensive but I liked that each dish came with an accompanying photo. Service was very fast. Not knowing portion size is my one drawback for trying a new place. I don't mind ordering too much (full stomach be damned), but too little is disappointing. Ordering a cheese garlic bread probably wasn't necessary. It was a massive serving for two but it was hot and delicious! The mains were disappointing though. Once again size wasn't an issue but my partners burger was absolutely dripping with oil from the patties which he described as tasting cheap. My chicken crepe with their signature sauce also left a lot to be desired. Very bottled sauce, highly commercialised flavour. I was looking for the chicken; pretty sure I found it, but it tasted like cheese.... the sauce overpowered everything. If they make it from scratch (I doubt it) they should change the recipe. I very rarely turn my nose up at food but I ate it purely out of hunger, not enjoyment. They have other dishes such as pizzas and steaks which I'd come back to try. Hopefully they will be better.

My partner and I decided to try it anyway. For a Friday night I found the wait time after ordering (online) very fast. It was for pick up as we were nearby. Opening the boxes in the car to find a 'garlic bread' (garlic pizza), meat lovers (tick) and a ham and pineapple (instead of supreme). My partner went back to correct the order. The staff kindly put our order back to keep warm and gave us the ham and pineapple as it would have been tossed out. Once again it didn't take long for the supreme to be made. The garlic pizza was extremely oily and I didn't know what was on it. Looking at their menu we narrowed it down to aioli and cheese (there are several to choose from). I squeezed most of the aioli out as it was overpowering. The pizzas were decent though and well sized. We took a menu home but annoyingly it doesn't show prices, nor did online until you place an order. A little more transparency in that regard may turn less people away as my first instinct was they would be expensive.
