I haven't ordered from Domino's Pizza in Jamesburg NJ for a very long time. I have to say this because my husband was not a fan of their pizza. That all changed today. I ordered him a pan pizza with sausage, & he said it was great. I've always liked Domino's, so now we will be ordering more often. The delivery was on time, & the driver, Sergio, was very nice. I know we live in an area with great pizza options, but I am bumping Dominos up to 5 stars because their customer service is extraordinary. I've been in this place when it has been slammed with orders; not only was I taken care of in a timely manner, but orders were made to perfection. I have also seen the young ladies and gentlemen who work here handle some pretty rude customers with the utmost professionalism. Delivery drivers are always courteous and friendly. I am proud to call Dominos my hometown pizzeria. It's nice to know that customer service still matters. read more

I ordered my dinner. Was on the phone on hold for 10 minutes. I finally get to the door they give me the pizza and oneless wings. Pizza was burnt. Kid at the door said no to me wanting a different one. I asked what about now. He said no, I can get a free one the next time. I said that was not good and I wanted my dinner tonight and he said sorry it's kind of late. He's called his manager. But then but then gave me the same answer if I went back to my car to get the chicken to bring back. As awesome as I'm walking up I see the manager check in the pizza the door. The kid says I credited you a refund again I said I wanted to speak to the manager the manager wouldn't turn around or acknowledge me. I left my food there the kids said he gave me a refund. They burnt the pizza once before and they gave me a replacement right away. Well what can I say about Domino's that hasn't already been said. Haven't eaten their pizza in a very long time. Never used to like it. I did notice it's become more than just pizza. Now they have salads, pasta,sandwiches, chicken Flatbread, boneless wings and even desserts. So there is something for everyone. They even changed the taste of the sauce and crust for the better. Doesn't taste like cardboard like it used too many years ago. Now you can order online but they charge you for every little thing. So a simple pizza n wings can be expensive. There pizzas are still small in size no matter what size you get. Delivery still is either really quick or really slow. Their wings are tiny little anorexic chickens. Lol. But the flavor is still decent and they have several more sauces now so you have choices. I like the fact that they added pasta,sandwiches and salads. Their topping list is pretty extensive also. Not my top ten pizza but good for a splurge every now n then. read more

Dominos is awful. The Pizza is subpar but my kids like it. The delivery is INCREDIBLY SLOW. The website indicated "It's here," for 10 minutes so I called. Another 15 minutes later and the kids got their pizza. I don't care how "busy" anyone is, the incorrect status was listed on-line and when I called, the staff was less than stellar. The first time they hung up. The second I was put on hold and then told "5 minutes!" The final call, more than 5 minutes later I was told it would be another 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Not sure if all dominos have improved this much.... but this location make a nice hand tossed pie. The garlic oil they put on the crust is awesome. Pies are always delivered veered nice and warm to even hot hot at times. I've order from them in the clutch and friends that come over have been surprised at how good they are. Give them a shot! I def believe the low ratings are unwarranted, at least from my experience. read more

I dont understand why it took a hour to deliver pizza when we were located 5 minutes away? I called to see if it was on the way or maybe just explanation that it was busy and hear an apology for the delay. I am not the type to bash a business that doesn't deserve it....this location certainly does. I ordered a pizza from them and the delivery guy called me after 40 minutes to let me know that he was outside of my house ringing the bell. Trust me, he wasn't. Okay, fine, people make mistakes. However, this guy then rushed me off of the phone when I explained that he must be at the wrong house. Long story shot, he ended up never showing up - this was after 1.5 hours of me waiting and after I called their store twice to try to figure out what was going on. The weird part is that they'd been to my house a few times already, and I'm only 5 minutes away from their store. The guy at the store pretty much just said he didn't know what was going on but didn't apologize or anything. I was placing an order online but there was some technical difficulty once it was time to finalize the order. When I called the storefront, Dave was very understanding and courteous to honor comparable coupons that were only applicable online. In addition, they gave complimentary Cinnastix with a note apologizing for the online inconvenience. Domino's pizza, parmesan bites and especially the lava cakes are never a disappointment for my kids. I appreciate their service and timely delivery overall but wanted their extra effort in customer satisfaction to be recognized. read more
