I called and placed my order, afterwards I informed the lady on the phone I only had $100 bill; I asked if that was okay in advance, she replied yes. The man got here fast he was professional, the food was great and everything was correct but the man did not have change for the $100; of course I let him keep it he was awesome and he reassured us we had to let them know before the food was made. I want to start by saying that I came from the South so I am used to many things being done respectfully and with decency. my family and I all personally prefer extra sauce on our pizzas because otherwise the pizza is dry and leftovers aren't great. Papa Johns back in GA knew and understood this, especially since they made notes on my account. I was told how to fix the special sauce issue by calling ahead and by them placing a note on my customer profile and yet the issues continued. I appreciated mgmt providing store credits the first two times but after the mishap yesterday -- my son's surprise birthday party -- I received nothing but rude communication from both the staff and the owner of the Jamestown location. I wasn't being rude or even demanding a refund so I am unsure as to why I was constantly interrupted and provided no solution but I will say that i now FULLY understand that dominos cannot provide my preference due to it being policy. Thanks for that clarification today. I was literally told to take my business elsewhere which is honestly sad. I probably shouldn't revisit as I am concerned my food would be messed with or the lack of customer service will persist, only time will tell. Ordered in person during the Christmas ice storm while in town last week. Unfortunately, the power went out while the food was cooking but the staff was resourceful and professional as ever! They used the residual heat to finish off my pizzas in the oven, pulled out lights they put on delivery cars to keep the restaurant lit, and had every take out order ready. They made some great pizza and the best of a bad situation. I can't wait to order from them again the next time I'm in town! read more

The cook barely cut our pizza (if at all) and didn't cut along the lines of the separate toppings. Booo. They sent the wrong delivery person, even though the guy they sent was pretty cool, still kind of annoyed. As a customer, I expect delivery instructions to be followed, especially since it was a pretty basic request. Bad customer service from whoever made that decision. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE. This is the last time I order from dominoes pizza very upset with them. I ordered 2 pizzas for my birthday today both were delivered burnt. I called them as soon as I opened the box and told them what happened. I was very nice over the phone and didn't get upset even though I was frustrated and explained what happened. The employee I talked to told me she could either give me a coupon or they could remake my order and have it delivered again in around 30 minutes. I told her I would like them to remake my order and deliver it to me. An hour goes by and I call back again speaking to someone different and explained to him I called an hour ago and was wondering the status of my order. He told me they did NOT remake my order and they stopped doing deliveries an hour ago and I must have been one of the last deliveries they had. He said he would send me a coupon. And it has now been almost 20 minutes and I have not received anything. I am very unsatisfied and now am out $30. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Our local Domino's tastes like it is made with love. I've ordered domino's many different places but I am proud to say our Domino's is the best. It's always hot and fresh and made right. If I had to find fault, they have forgotten my pop once and forgot to bring my condiments once but when I called, they brought the missing items to me. I did online ordering here. Ordered two pizzas at 5 oclock to be ready at 6:30 for pick up. Arrived at 6:35 to wait another 25 mins. before my pizzas were done. This happened about three months ago. haven't been back since and have no plans to go back. read more
