If you enjoy Domino's, then you know what to expect. Pizza quality and consistency has been hit or miss at this location. I think for the best pizza and experience, don't order from here past maybe 7pm. Can't really explain why other than it seems they are short-staffed in the evenings and really can't do delivery-can't speak for the carryout experience. I mean, if you select delivery, there can be a wait for up to 3 hours. No joking. I remember nearly falling into REM sleep then waking up remembering I have a pizza coming, sometime hopefully. Another odd thing about this location...they're listed on UberEats but take no UberEats orders. If you try to place an order through the app-because they have deals on there all the time-it'll be canceled by the store. Why are they listed on there? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION. Food comes saturating the box and food dried out, it's warm but it's dried out from sitting so long chicken wings come soggy. I just threw my food away. I have been ordering from this Domino's for over 8 yrs. My husband loves pizza, we've been loyal and great tippers, we understand that good service leads to good tips. I know most of the drivers by name. Unfortunately, in October 2025 I ordered but did not receive 2 items but had been charged and my points subtracted, still we gave the driver a good tip. Once I realized what happened I called the store on Mission Trail, spoke to a team member and they were suppose to refund me and reverse the used points. So I thought the issue was resolved. After 5 emails sent to corporate with case numbers, and unanswered emails/inquiries, and the lie that we fed, that we would be refunded and weren't and how corporate would answer are emails, decided thats it. Its not the money charged, its not the points used, its the fact that we were fed a lie that as good, loyal customers we'd be taken care of just because a mistake had occurred. I was crazing a pizza a few nights back, didnt want to pick it up so i opted in for delivery. Ordered a brooklyn style pizza. No funny stuff just pepperoni. Got it. Was enjoying a slice. The only bad part is that you do have to pay extra for cheese or pepper. I remember before it was free! The customer service at this place is usually good!
