There were so many toppings in each pizza and it tasted soooo good. They were so busy when I came in but the manager and the staff were hustling! Really not a fan of reviewing chains (unless they deserve it) and this Domino's location certainly fits the bill. After getting into town and seeing what Port Angeles has to offer, I quickly remembered driving past a Domino's and wondering if I should just down a bunch of calories and burn them off tomorrow in ONP. Well, Domino's has a certain taste and style, and this one was no different. Three toppings on a large for $8.99? I'll bite. Well, it was definitely a quality Domino's offering but the location was spotless and the staff were incredible. Treated me like gold when I walked in to pick it up. It was awesome. So, if you're like me and you don't feel like spending three times the amount for mediocre somewhere in town and you're just hungry and need a fix, you could do a lot worse than picking up a pizza at this particular Domino's. read more

We came back to the city very late in the night after all the sightseeing. Wanted something quick to take back to the room and saw Domino's while driving. Got a vegetarian pizza, ordered it online. Service was quick, the pizza was ready in like 15 minutes and it stayed hot till we came back to our room. Tasted good, crust was really yummy. I'm a big fan of chicken wings, and it occurred to me last night that I have only ever had pizza from Domino's, never the chicken wings. I guess I always figured they wouldn't be as good as chicken wings from sit down restaurants, but for the price ($6.99 for a 6-piece) I figured I might as well give them a try. They were no Buffalo Wild Wings (which we don't have in Port Angeles), but they were actually really good! They were a little too on the greasy side, but that's way better than too dry in my book. I've had a lot of really dry chicken wings from sit down restaurants that weren't as good as Domino's. I got the plain wings, barbecue, and garlic parmesan. The plain wings are just like fried chicken, and the others are just the plain wings with some sauce spooned on. The sauce isn't really properly distributed on it, but for $6.99, you can just do that yourself. I liked all three, but barbecue is definitely what I'm going to stick with. The barbecue sauce was sweet, smoky and delicious. They each come with a little cup of ranch which I didn't use because it was it would detract from the delicious sauce they came with. I found out later that you can request different sauces, so from now on I will request barbecue. I stopped in spur of the moment and didn't have my wallet with me, but they take tap. read more

I like dominoes but for whatever reason the food we got last was undercooked and very underwhelming! I won't go to this Domino's anymore because Pizza Hut is better! Not in general but in Port Angeles! customer service was disappointing also! paying $50 plus tip plus delivery! i get it but when i call to let you know match the energy and go out of your way to ensure your customer is happy! read more

There was a man that I do not know his name but had a grey ish beard but holy crap the customer service was just immaculate. over the top one of the nicest people i've met and funny too. We ordered and picked up our usual pizza order tonight .The boneless chicken was flat like the 1.49 nuggets you buy from Burger king but like a slice of cardboard. We buy the same meal a deep dish pie, garlic twist bread ,and the boneless chicken. If the supply is low , don't throw in one of the normal pieces of chicken ,then seven preformed flat cardboard discs . Don't sell what you don't have available . YUK JUST YUK ... read more

I have no idea who is running this dominos and who the crew is..... but they are awesome! Best domino's I've ever had! Normally delivery pizza in general is just ok and I've tried to stop ordering it cause I'm always dissatisfied but I've ordered delivery from the dominos two times in the past two weeks and both times everything has arrived super fresh and hot and delicious! Tried their new cheese dip it's so good! Normally I only order pizza every few months but it was so good I ordered again just two weeks later thinking it would not be as good as the last time and it was just as perfect! Yum! read more

Absolutely disgusted with Port Angeles, Wa Domino's. Waited in parking lot for 10 minutes while our food sat in the window. Finally went inside to get our order. The man at counter was on his phone and I had to ask 3 times where the order was. He eventually gave me our order but on the way out an employee from the back room double flipped me off. There were 5 employees and a manager in the building. When I asked for the manager she came out and said there was nothing she could do about any of it. 7:45 Pacific time. We were disappointed when we ordered three orders of twist bread with the dipping sauce and cheese. They did not twist the bread and just made the bread sticks. They were wet and under cooked. He said they were busy and did not twist them. Offered new food next time which was not a full value refund for pizza. read more

I have been ordering from Domino's for years now. It's very hit and miss. Some times the pizza is great other times it shows up not even cut. I have never complained but yesterdays actions and ignited a fire in me. We had a dominos delivery boy come to our work when one of our clients placed an order. This certain client and I have a good relationship and joke around and pitch each other a hard time all the time. So when dominos pizza Delivery BOY (Kevin, semi talk black gentleman) came to my work and tried to offer me the client pizza I pointed out the client to which his coworker asked which one that was. I told them it was the guy with the long beard and toe nails. Kevin then delivers pizza comes back out and asks "Do you fucking work here" I told him yes and he told me that's embarrassing. I wonder embarrassing that I work there? So I asked him what's embarrassing and he got a major attitude with me and states "The way you talk to clients" Even fellow staff members saw no issue with how I speak or what I said, even the client pitched me crap for it playing around as he makes similar comments to me. At this point the conversation change drastically as my job is to protect that property from this kind of behavior. Kevin was rude, disrespectful, hateful and rather then speak to my employer as he threatened as if he held any weight at all he chose to get into his car and proceed to insult me and puff his chest out while driving away. This encounter has shown me Dominos shows no regard for business's or customer service. They have no professionalism and are fast to make assumptions concerning things they have no knowledge. I have had it with the Port Angeles Domino's pizza! In the last five months I have ordered pizza online, paid for it and arrived well after the 15 min after the "it will be ready in 15 min, trying to recognize "the short of staff excuse" Only to be told to pull over -- watch drive ups who have ordered and not paid because the charge machine was handed out to them AND they are handed their order. I am still sitting aside waiting. I have ordered by phone and given my charge info only to experience the same as above! Friday, it happened again with a 20 minute wait-- theyhad my money!!!! and when 1) I challenged the kid why the hold up was told "gee your order got accidentally set aside!" and then when I asked where are my salads to have the kid bring me the wrong ones!! Mind you, I have ordered pizza for my classes over the years to the tune of at least $75, and I have been a contributor to our school buying a whole school order. NOT ANY MORE!!! I am done with being treated like an after thought. They have my history via my cell phone and yet this continues. AND don't troll me with BUT it's covid and all that other crud! There were over 6 people working in the store and I arrived 15 minutes before the rush, he tried to use as an excuse for a Friday. I have experienced this on other days of the week. Large 3 topping special tonight about $17 bucks delivered. White cheese sauce, tomato and bacon on regular crust. Very good for a cheap eat! Bummer the white sauce is counted as an item. I travel a lot for work, and sometimes I like to order a pizza and ask that the toppings be arranged so it looks like a pokéball. I know it's weird, but it's not difficult, and I figure it makes the folks at the pizza place's day a little more fun as well as mine. I've done this a bunch and never had any issue. I just order a pizza from this Domino's with those instructions. They didn't do it. Today was kind of a bad day, I only ordered a pizza because I wanted to brighten my day up a bit by opening the box and seeing someone's pokéball topping arrangement. Nothing. Food was great. No problems with order. Food got here quick! They stay open late here (1am). We ordered a medium pepperoni, medium Hawaiian, cheesy breast, garlic twists and lots of butter garlic and marinara. With delivery fee (4.25) not counting tip it was $39 and change. read more

The staff here is always nice and professional and we always get a great product. They offer great prices and if something does go wrong the management has fixed it beyond my expectations. We had two very poor experiences with Dominoes. The first, they had left out a part of our order and since we left without checking it we had to drive all the way back to rectify the problem. The second they also had messed up our order. We found it before we left thankfully but it took them 35-40 minutes to add on the pizza that they had left out. Make sure you are very clear in what you order and take the time to thoroughly check it when you receive it so that this doesn't happen to you. It is frustrating to see a hand full of employees standing around not doing anything when you are waiting for them to fix their error. The pizza is ok but not the best. It is always greasy and we have stopped eating there due to the stomach upset that at least one of us gets after eating their food. read more

crap place i use to order here alot but they just can't seem to ever get my order right I ordered a pasta bread bowl with NO CHEESE and they sent me one with cheese on it i call they said no problem we'll send you out a new one and credit you with a free one so ok sure why not well the second one was covered in cheese as well so it took them 3 times to make it and by the 3 time i got it i had already gave up and ate something else. mind you this has happened the last 3 times i've ordered here so i only order something when everyone else decides to eat here. the food is gone down hill. read more

We decided to splurge and order pizza from Domino's Pizza to celebrate Mother's Day with family, who came over for the occasion. We never do this (order out) but decided it would be a wonderful experience. The total was almost $60 for 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. When the deliverer finally showed up (late mind you), he brought the correct order, but after I generously tipped him despite his lateness, I realized too late that he didn't include any dipping sauce of any kind with the cheesy bread. It was bizarre. I've never experienced that with any other pizza delivering company. Pizza was very bland and was like chewing cardboard. Even the cheesy bread wasn't that good (especially without sauce). Oh, Domino's Pizza how you've fallen... I should have bought Costco pizza instead. At least their pizza tastes good and I could have gotten almost 6 pizzas for the cost of this terrible experience. 1/10 for at least getting the order correct (albeit without dipping sauce). read more
