Lo and behold! Domino's is currently having a pizza sale for 42% off until 4/26! That's such an amazing deal particularly in today's economy. We ordered Hawaiian on NY crust and Pacific veggie on crispy thin crust. The NY crust supposed to come in square shaped and we also requested lighter pizza sauce. They cut the pizza into typical pizza slices and the pizzas were all drenched in sauce. My toddler doesn't really like too much tomato sauce and, hence, we had asked for lighter sauce and also in square shaped so that it's easier for her to hold. Anyway, because of the shape and that there's too much sauce, our pizzas kept breaking in half upon removal from the box. Lol. I don't really like it when my food isn't made to the way I customize it. Taste wise is essentially what you'd expect from a pizza joint. No complaints. Pizza was hot and made fresh. We watched them for a bit, mesmerized by the dough stretching process. We realized they gave us the wrong pizza when we got home, and they had called us and let us know they would deliver us the correct order. They also brought us a coke as an apology. Worst pizza I've ever eaten. First, the toppings. It seemed like the ham was from last year. The pineapple didn't taste like pineapple. The sauce was watery, thin, and repulsive. The other pizza was worse. There was a single piece of pepperoni on each slice. There was supposed to be mushrooms. There wasn't. The cheese was burned. How do you stay in business like this? Ordered online 2 medium pizza (with redemption), both with 4 toppings. Come home one is right other one just cheese. Go back, they say its our fault. I showed them what I ordered online. I was shocked at the fact these guys were trying to charge me extra for barbeque sauce as I am allergic to tomatoes. Really tasty pizza. Lots of options to select from on the menu, or you can customize your own. If you order online, their web app even lets you specify the precise amount of topping and which side of the pizza they go on, which is great if you are sharing with someone who has different preferences. I haven't been to Domino's Pizza in years. I always found their pizzas to be expensive for what you get: an average sized pizza that tasted bland. It wasn't bad pizza. It was just meh. It didn't help that they had very few toppings to choose from. And they only had one type of vegetarian pizza to choose from (I'm not vegetarian, but I do like me some veggie pizza!) But luckily that was then, and this is now. I'm happy to announce that Domino's has really upped their game. There are more vegetarian options to choose from, and more toppings too! I took advantage of their 50% off deal and ordered two custom pizzas online: an alfredo-sauce based pizza with chicken, spinach, olives, roasted red peppers, feta and provolone + a Garlic Parmesan based pizza with anchovies, hot peppers, jalapeños, feta, olives and mushrooms. We were told to pick up our pizza at the No.2 Road location in 13-18 minutes.They offer real-time updates as your pizza is being made, ("Ken has just started making your pizza" and "your pizza is in the oven") which is either fun, or creepy depending on whether you fear Big Brother's watchful eye. At the store, they also had a TV with the names and order status of your pizza, so you can see if your pizza is done yet or not. Our group was shocked to find our dentist's name just above ours, so if you live in the neighbourhood, don't expect any pizza anonymity (and be prepared to defend your choice of toppings and flavours! ;) The guys working at this location were quick and friendly, and the pizzas were pipping hot and delectable. The toppings were nice and generous, and we loved the fact that they gave us the ability to customize our orders online (do you only need provolone on one side of the pizza? They got you covered. Do you want there to be less cheese and triple the jalapeño count? They can do that too.) Because they were offering 50% off, we got two large 14 inch pizzas for under $25, which is a steal.I also really like the fact that they have a rewards program going to entice you to be a regular customer. You get five points for every pizza you purchase, and when you've collected 60 points, you get a free medium pizza with two-toppings. I'm not a fan of domnios pizza. But I'm kind of cheap. No wait, I'm just cheap. And sometimes I want cheap pizza. Dominos delivers (badum tssss). And this particular Dominos is consistent, which is saying something for a pizza place. Meatzza thin crust is my weapon of choice here because really, there are only two right ways to do a pizza in my not so humble opinion: 1. The Italian way. The original way. The wood fire oven Margherita way. 2. The North American way. Go big on the carby crust. Sauce, cheese, sausage, bacon and pepperoni in plus size portions. Beef is optional. If you get anything else on your North American style pizza, you're a heathen/witch/left-handed and should be burned at the stake. #1 is actually a decent meal. #2 tends to make you regret eating it in the morning, but I find the Domnios thin crust Meatzza to be OK in that regard. Not going to lie, I like the loaded pizzas that makes me regret eating it the next morning, but I'm getting a little too old to do that on anything but special occasions. read more

It's not going to knock your socks off, but when you want a plain ol' good pizza because you don't want to cook or haven't been grocery shopping in a week, this domino's deliveries, literally. The pizza is probably about average, but it definitely takes the cut for best value for money compared to the other pizza chains here. Honestly, it's hard to mess up pizza so as long as it's fresh and the ingredients are good, what can go wrong. Fresh Slice might be a better deal, but after getting food poisoning from there twice, I vowed to never eat there again. Make sure you check online because Domino's has some pretty amazing specials from time to time for 1 to 3 toppings depending on the coupon. I also recommending ordering online or through their mobile app, it is very easy to use compared to like Pizza Hut. read more

Terrible delivery drivers... after waiting 45 minutes the driver called me personally and wanted me to meet him accrross the street from my house to pick up the pizza? Being charged 4 dollars for delivery I expect it to arrive at the door. I then called the manager and miraculously within in a minute the driver came to the door. At this point the pizza is an hour old, cold so I gave it back to driver because I was totally un satisfied with the whole experience. Disappointing as well because the manager never even admited there was a problem, her resolution was to try and get me to still buy the pizza? And made it sound like the problem was were I lived? Great customer service from everyone at Domino's, and if Nathan is making your pizza, you are in for a big treat.

My favorite Domino's pizza is the Ultimate Deep Dish, which is usually more expensive than the traditional style, but it was a very special treat when I could afford to splurge. I loved the crisp on the outside, soft on the inside crust with a deep-fried sort of character, and ample cheese and toppings- heaven! I was very excited to receive a "mega deal" promotional coupon that applied to any pizza, and ordered an ultimate deep dish from this location. I was extremely disappointed to find that the pizza I received was nothing like the one I remembered- just a thin sprinkling of cheese spread under a scattering of average-quality toppings on a dry crust that only differed from the original in that it was a bit thicker. The taste was adequate, and I might have considered purchasing a traditional style pizza(nothing ultimate about the "deep dish" anymore) if the cheese portion were more generous. Very poor value. I would advise against any Domino's location as long as standards remain this low. read more
