Mine was topped with burrata and prosciutto, they were generous with the prosciutto and it was so good and perfectly complimented by the melty burrata. A side of marina sauce adds extra zing. I found half a piece to be a satisfactory amount. My husband said he had almost ordered two pieces but only ordered one, he ate the other half of mine and found 1-1/2 pieces to be a good amount for him. He said he could have eaten two but 2-1/2 would have been too much. I chose a can of red wine to accompany this showpiece. The man behind the counter noted that the wine is made from Sangiovese grapes (as is Chianti, which is a Sangiovese blend). I thought it was an ok accompaniment to the pizza, it's not something I would drink on its own. The weather was perfect for dining al fresco, the other patrons were mostly groups of young couples, some with babies strapped to their bodies or in strollers or young children scooting about on riding toys.
