Travel agents are supposed to be kind and social people…read more She was rude from the start, the woman from to royal Caribbean was so much nicer and more helpful. Without my knowledge or concept she put a hold on my name, knowing I couldn't make a reservation anywhere else while that hold was on so when I tried to cancel the courtesy hold she had on the rooms and called to ask for her to release the hold she then essentially blackmailed me and was yelling at me over the phone for waisting her time when I only though I was calling her to ask questions about her service, I never paid any deposit or asked for a hold on any rooms. It was the most unbelievably rude interaction I have ever experienced and she wanted to continue blocking my reservation so I couldn't book anything at all, luckily the cruise company was able to override her because if she had it her way she would have just blocked me until all the rooms were booked. It's such horrible service of course the only way she can get any clients is through blackmail. Even without her horrible rude behavior there was no benefits what so ever, she offered no upgrades or discounts and the price from the cruise was even cheaper then her group discount was! The most absurd experience I have ever had to go through. I got off the phone with her crying out of disbelief sadness and frustration thinking she could actually keep my family from going on a cruise. I never meant to disrespect her I never knew calling for information was a binding contract in her eyes. So absolutely never ever use this service, truly deserves ZERO stars. And to be honest if I had know she had already put the hold on the rooms I would have just gone with her because it would have been easier but I had know idea that was going on; and even if a client chooses to go another way especially with a professional travel agent they should respond in a normal respectful and decent way and maybe in the future I would have booked with her but she just burned herself and lost a lot of future service from me and hopefully anyone who reads this review!
