Uncharted territory for me. My first review in Brazil. And a Brasilia classic -- been open for…read moreover 40 years, almost since the city was founded.
This really isn't typical pizza. It's not normal Brazilian-Italian pizza -- that is, thin, not a whole lot of tomato sauce, and lots of toppings. Here, you're getting a spongy, soft delicious crust, with tomato sauce slathered on top. And some mozzarella cheese. And a heavy dose of oregano seasoning. This is a hole in the wall for sure. Tons of people hanging out and grabbing a quick slice. A wonderful slice of my childhood, you could say, and I must visit whenever I visit Brasilia.
