I wish I had some before photos, but let's just save me the embarrassment. The windows had never been professionally cleaned before. I'll leave it at that! We were just happy to know that our windows are still in great condition considering and that we didn't need to replace them all! Whew! He doesn't caulk them nor spray a bunch of water either. So, no mess to clean up after. But, my hubby will have to re-caulk some windows that need it to prevent rain or water leaks. So, if you need your windows cleaned (or tinted), then Gary is your guy! He is friendly and professional. He will show up on time and do an awesome job cleaning the outside and the inside of all of your windows. We have a few that are on the upper level, so too high for our little ladder. However, Gary has all the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done. We are so disappointed in this company. We hired them through our insurance back in 2019 to…read morereplace our roof. All was well for the first 3 1/2 years. Then tiles started sliding off. This company came and looked but told us we had to make a claim with the shingle company for defective shingles. We did all of this. We mailed the the shingles that fell off. We got a letter back in early January of this year telling us that the shingles were improperly installed. There were no holes showing any nail had been installed to hold them on. We sent this letter to West Plains Roofing. They said they would take a look. They did send one person in Feb of 2024 to put the fallen tiles back up. He told them he looked at the other tiles and they were installed properly. If this is the case, why do tiles continue to slide off with no nail holes as before. We have sent pictures of these tiles to West Plains Roofing. They are dragging their feet. They first said the owner was out of town. Then after a month of not hearing from them, the new excuse was they want a shingle representative to come out an look with them. That was a month ago. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! They don't stand behind their work.
