We are so disappointed in this company. We hired them through our insurance back in 2019 to…read morereplace our roof. All was well for the first 3 1/2 years. Then tiles started sliding off. This company came and looked but told us we had to make a claim with the shingle company for defective shingles. We did all of this. We mailed the the shingles that fell off. We got a letter back in early January of this year telling us that the shingles were improperly installed. There were no holes showing any nail had been installed to hold them on. We sent this letter to West Plains Roofing. They said they would take a look. They did send one person in Feb of 2024 to put the fallen tiles back up. He told them he looked at the other tiles and they were installed properly. If this is the case, why do tiles continue to slide off with no nail holes as before. We have sent pictures of these tiles to West Plains Roofing. They are dragging their feet. They first said the owner was out of town. Then after a month of not hearing from them, the new excuse was they want a shingle representative to come out an look with them. That was a month ago. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! They don't stand behind their work.
