I've been having a rough pregnancy and I've told him this and he has no compassion at all! Just all jokes. One day I went in with so much pain and all I hear as I'm laying down is him out in the area with the nurses talking so loudly and so obnoxiously I wanted to scream! At one point I started to just leave! His personality is just too over the top for me. He never seemed to be genuinely concerned for my pain. My mother didn't like him. Nor did my father or boyfriend I would not recommended him to my friend's and family that's for sure.

He also added a Mammogram facility which makes it easier to have both exams combined on the same day, and saves much time. This facility uses the latest technology for their patients, which has helped me as a patient. It took me some time to write this review because I was embarrassed and felt deeply disrespected during several of my appointments. For example, after one exam, he asked me, "Was it good for you as it was for me?" I immediately told him that he needed to stop talking to me that way because it made me very uncomfortable. He brushed it off, saying he was "just joking," and laughed. When I reported the incident to the nurse and office manager, they excused it as "just his personality" and laughed as well, which made me feel even more dismissed. After most exams, he would stand in the hallway speaking into his recorder. Even though he spoke softly, I could often still hear what he was saying while walking to the bathroom or checking out. He frequently made jokes at inappropriate times, which made me feel uneasy and disrespected. During my last visit--at the height of COVID--he and I had a heated argument, and he left the room before completing my exam. He sent one of his interns to finish instead. She apologized for his behavior and told me she was glad I stood up for myself. I was not surprised when I later read other reviews describing experiences similar to mine. Dr. Stevenson, knows I'm being truthful, and I sincerely hope he realize his behavior has real consequences. Patients deserve to feel respected, safe, and valued in his care.
