Called this place multiple times (approximately 6 times) spreading throughout different times and days, all to ask if they are able to order a particular part. No answer, ever. I don't understand why have a business number that never works? I live a decent distance away from the business so I don't intend on going in person for a simple question that could result in an easy "no". I brought one of my watches here a while ago. The watchmaker repaired it and it has been running good since. I brought another watch a couple of weeks ago. The part that the crown screwed down on was worn out. Looked like it was broken off too. I took the watch to their watch maker and he got it repaired. I picked it up maybe 3 days later. The watch is running great and was operating with in spec. I like this place and recommend giving them a shot. They do sell watches too. They have some great brands plus used watches. read more

I have a ROLEX Submariner that I purchased in 1989. The watch stem was not operating correctly. I saw the sign out on Williams Field Road stating ROLEX repair. I am a visitor to the area and went into the store. I was greeted by the lovely lady behind the counter. I explained the problem and that I was just visiting, could my watch be repaired? She examined my watch and explained exactly what I needed done and the price. I got the watch back in TWO DAYS and they repaired more then the quote and at the same price. Walked into the store and was greeted by the wonderful front desk. Me and my grandma brought them a total of 4 watches to look at. The lady examining the watches was very knowledgeable and saved me quite a few hundred dollars by telling me I don't necessarily need a servicing on them all. We got one bracelet sized and one watch battery replaced. Out of the door for $40. I brought one fake watch in that they would not repair (understandably so) but I thought it is worth the mention for anyone that has a replica watch looking for a servicing. I hate that I cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me; she was just phenomenal. Needed two new batteries and a resizing on 2 of my 3 Nixons, I need to contact them directly for the third one but she assured me that they can complete the repair once I get the pieces necessary. I've used two small jewelers in the past (not registered horologists) with loose stem, questionable performance, etc.....these people know how to service watches. So, I took a watch that needed new hands and another one that needed a new battery. I left with nothing but disappointment! The lady (owner's wife) I talked to was very dismissive and not very helpful. She said they couldn't put hands on an "old" ladies watch circa 1985 and the other watch would need a new movement ($70ish) because the battery had corroded. I took them home and flicked out a floating piece of stuff in the one watch, put in a new battery myself and the watch started right up! I decided to go back and complain about the not so good service. Asked why they didn't suggest another place that might have hands for the "old" ladies watch and her response was "oh, we never send referrals to other businesses "! I said, well that doesn't surprise me and left. I found Norm's watch repair who were wonderful and put hands on my watch for a reasonable price and great attitude! read more
