We've been loyal customers for over 35 years. Everyone at Donaway's is professional, personal and reliable. On a recent trip to the beach, we discovered that the frig was not cooling. Steve, the technician, arrived within 30 minutes! He patiently explained that the frig was beyond repair (35 years old! Ha, ha!) Linda, the office manager, had a new unit delivered and installed right away. Linda's care and attention meant we could enjoy a much needed day on the beach while she handled the details.
