All the staff have treated me with that same consideration. I have friends who have gone there for years--and all say the same about their doctors and their experience. We paid for a refraction fee and $600 glasses out of pocket. When we picked them up the prescription was so bad that everything looked crooked. We then were told that we would need another refraction visit. This time we were charged again for the refraction fee. We asked why we were charged again since it was their mistake. Then they promised we would be refunded. However checked later and they said they never give refunds for any reason. We had glasses redone and they are still unusable. They refuse to help us in anyway. So we lost $600 on this optical department.

Dr. Phillips has traditionally been rather curt and short but on our last visit he performed a laser procedure to remove some clouding and he was genuinely concerned about helping my husband. We had to wait over an hour to finally see him, but it was worth the wait to have hubby able to drive again...with clear vision .
