Ma quando lo abbiamo spacchettato e tolto la plastica di sicurezza siamo rimasti dispiaciuti. Sul tubo superiore che era coperto di più di un strato di plastica, c'era un sgraffio. Questo danno non può essere causato dal viaggio. Semplicemente, qualcuno ha visto che c'era un sgraffio e poi la stessa persona lo ha coperto con la plastica protettiva. Certamente non sono tanto felice anche se non ha avuto effetti negativi sulla prestazione della bici. Però, se ho pagato il prezzo per una NUOVA bici, allora voglio anche ricevere una NUOVA bici! Il nostro meccanico Svedese ci ha detto che questo comportamento non è professionale. In più abbiamo ricevuto i nostri parafanghi. Però non andavano neanche bene per la bici che abbiamo comprato :( Dopo aver contattato Rossignoli hanno deciso di non dare nessuna compensazione. In conclusione, se volete comprare una bici da Rossignoli, la dovete ritirare direttamente e controllare che la bici sia in ottima condizione sul posto.

I've always wanted a Bianchi track frame from them…read moreand what better way to express my love for this company than to visit the main store.. all the way from the good ol' USA!. haha but anyway, I came here for lunch a couple of days ago and ordered the beef with potatoes and a side salad and it tasted delicious even though it was a bit small of a proportion. The beef was cooked just the way I like it. Not too raw nor too well done. It was a simple meal but had really good flavor. For dessert, I enjoyed the white chocolate mousse topped with strawberry compote with a sprig of mint. Overall the lunch was fantastic and after that I went down to the lower floor to see their array of road bikes. I was told they only have one track bike in the European market because unfortunately riding with gears is more popular here in Italy.. but that's okay! I'm hoping to get my first Bianchi bike soon. Overall good eats and very nice store.

We showed up 10 minutes before they closed, needing to get the wheel fixed that night so that we could ride to Lake Como the next morning (also we speak very minimal Italian and they don't speak English). As an admirer of Italian handmade bicycles, it was a very special experience visiting Colnago, Masi and Cinelli facilities. And how can I forget my visit to Passoni for a bike fit and ordering my dream bicycle. I enjoyed your cycling stories and you sharing your vast knowledge and passion of Italian and international pro cycling. We are also very thankful for your flexibility and willingness to fulfill our requests during the tour making our visit so much more enjoyable. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Europe and Milan will certainly be one of my stops, this time, to go riding around Lake Como and Ghisallo.

Milan is easy to walk through so I went to the Decathlon near the Castello Sforzesco. A man at the door stopped me at the door speaking too fast for me to understand his Italian. It is the era of COVID so I figured I had to wait. 30 seconds later another man rushed up to me and quickly took my temperature and then let me in. This place has everything from camping equipment, to bikes, to Pilates, all kinds of gear and super well organized. I had no trouble finding everything I was looking for. I went to the automatic check out and a super friendly assistant helped me navigate with a little English and Italian mixed in. They don't take American Express but I was able to use Apple Pay and my N26 debit card. I left having a super easy shopping experience. And they have lots on sale.
