While we were searching four our home there was not a single time that he did not either answer his phone or call back within 10 mins. Some other agents we called took hours to days to return our calls. Furthermore, Ed was also very flexible in setting up times to view homes. We were a little bit tricky in that my wife and I work different shifts. Ed was never pushy about getting us to buy a house during showings. There were no mind games. He would show my wife and I a house and then he would fall to the background yet be ready to answer any questions while we explored the house. He provided my wife and I a comfortable environment in which we could make thoughtful assessments about a given home. Lastly, Ed was awesome when it came time to negotiate. He got us an amazing deal way faster and smoother than we ever could have imagined possible!  Josh Miller with Hector Rayden Realty really worked to build a working relationship so he could prioritize what was most important to us. That initial ground work, plus some luck, means we are finishing this process in under 2 months with a home we are confident is exactly what we need right now.  He cares about making sure queer people feel comfortable coming to him with their business. We found him on www.gayrealestate.com and from day one he made sure we both felt safe talking with him. When I wanted to swing by and take a second look at the house we would eventually buy, he made sure we got to see the house as soon as possible. Furthermore, when he couldn't attend the short notice showing, he paired us with another gay realtor he knew would make us feel comfortable.
