Quando chamamos para explicar a situação eles no falaram nada, não ofereceram outra pizza ni uma desculpa por um produto tão horroroso. Aquilo não é pizza, é um insulto a la gastronomia italiana. I was first recommended this restaurant by multiple people who live in Campinas when I asked for the best pizza place around. I'm really glad I listened!! The vibe is classy Italian pizza oven with the little bistro like chairs, white table cloths, and giant pizza oven inside the restaurant. I ordered an Aperol Sprits for a drink and it was delicious. For food, we ordered the Primo and Via-Vai. The Primo is by far my favorite, but both were amazing. The Primo pizza has tomatoes, mozzarella, and prosciutto. The Vai-Vai pizza has wild arugula, tomato confit, and mozzarella. The service at Braz is always great. We always come during the busy time and are seated right away. The waiters are always nearby waiting to take your next order or serve you your next slice. I will say it was definitely strange the first time to have the waiter give you your slice of pizza instead of the pizza being on the table and you grabbing it yourself. Also side note for Americans: everyone in Brazil eats pizza with a fork and knife!

Let's get to the restaurant, it's a small colourful house turned into restaurant with low lighting and a porch seating - the place is clean and the service is friendly, a lot of the times the owner personally is there to talk to you and ensure that you get a proper experience of Indian food. The food does come pretty quick and you can ask the kitchen to control the spice level - not to a great extent but telling them definitely helps. The food is fresh, I generally go for the Chicken Tikka starters and there is this great lentil soup called "Maa ki Daal" (mom's lentil soup). The chicken vindaloo is to die for (warning - it's spicy!) and the breads are fresh and exactly as one would expect. The menu is quite elaborate with several choices for veggies too and the kitchen is always willing to help you out. Portions are not small and there is always food to take home. The restaurant isn't fancy but it delivers where it matters most - food authenticity and service. Right now it is my favourite Indian place in São Paulo.
