Boyfriend ordered online, this florist serviced the order. He ordered and paid for the "deluxe"…read morebouquet, according to the manager of this store they were paid $70 by the online company. I received 13 flowers total. Delivery driver stated "I forgot the candy, I'll be back." Never came back or heard from him, manager in the store stated no candy was ever order. Makes no sense the driver would know to say he forgot it, if it wasn't part of the order. I'm so thankful to my boyfriend for the flowers, but he was upset with what was delivered and it dampened the mood of Valentine's. The manager was uninterested and took a sarcastic tone when I told her I didn't want money, or any products, I just asked she y'all talk to her employees. Don't use this florist unless you want less than what you paid for and terrible service.

She ordered from 1-800-Flowers and Balloon Express Flowers made and delivered the arrangement. I just love it! It made for a sweet tableaux with Dio's urn and a candle (see picture) and I've enjoyed the fragrant bouquet well over a week now, with a really large lily opening two days ago and one more to go. I was diligent about adding water to the vase daily; however, you know how that can do sometimes - so I was delighted to see and sniff that giant lily! :) I love the shape of the vase and the bouquet's small footprint so I can enjoy it on the kitchen counter or on my kitchen telework "office" table.
