Nice layout to the store makes shopping the different styles easy. Check the refund policy in this store though, im sure it's exchange or credit note only, which annoys me a bit, may be wrong, it might have changed now. They were very helpful in here last time i went, ordering a pair of shoes from another store in my size to be delivered a few days later at no extrea cost. very helpful.

Back to the kids shoes, to be honest there isnt really much choice of style, but 70% of the time you'll find a nice looking pair in your childs size. And its always good when they have a sale on, staff are always friendly and helpful and ready with the sizing thing to measure your childs foot. Although one thing that annoys me with this shop is that the kiddies shoes are upstairs so you have to leave your buggy and all your shopping has to be left downstairs. (where, lets be honest, could possibly be nicked).

What i like about New Look in general is that you can get everything you want in one shop. Clothes, shoes, underwear and accessories and now they have mens and baby clothes it has everything. The range is also casual all the way to formal and party wear. What i like about this particular New Look is that it is huge, clean and always has lots of stock. The staff on the whole are really friendly and will help you locate stock. Sizing is quite good and now they have a larger Inspire range it is even better.

It seems to be mainly aimed at teenagers and children although there is plenty there for the older woman, but have to be prepared to look. The only thing that bugs me is that I keep being asked at the till whether I want a loyalty card - if I wanted one, I'd ask!

I like next, some of their clothing is really good quality, plenty of items in stock this summer just gone, and no matter which store you go to in any city, it's always consistent really, offering the same throughout. This store is nice and large and offers all womens and mens range as well as little ones. Only thing i dont like, is the annoying catalogue person on the door asking you to join up and pay for a catalogue each time i go it, bin it next, and move on to the NEXT one!

I like the way it is laid out with the children's department on the ground floor with the womans wear. The home department could do with being a bit bigger as it seems very small for the size of the store. It is very clean and is spacious. Their sales are usually really good though, and frequently discount up to 75% - and not just the awful clothes either! Their designs can be a little far out in some cases but I find that's true with most shops - their basic clothes are lovely quality and on the whole, seem to last a lot longer than their cheaper counterparts. Staff are really friendly too which helps.
