I wish I liked the noodles more, but they were just alright. After I ate most of them, I could see pools of oil left over. I have a pretty high tolerance for oiliness (vs. my zero tolerance mayo policy!), but even this was pushing it. Plus, for a couple Euros more, you could go to Soba An across the street & eat perfect handmade soba. Even though the food was only OK, other factors added to the experience. The service was speedy & they brought an individual carafe of iced tap water (!!), miso soup, side salad, green tea and seasonings. Also, the presentation was thoughtful and I appreciated the little design details. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would, but instead I'll round up.
