The donuts this morning were stale and didnt taste good when I looked at the bottom of my donut there were greenish blackish grayish discolorations ... they did really look like mold but they did not look good I should take them back but I'm just never going there again I wish I could give this place a negative star there was also no cream for my coffee read more

I ordered a birthday donut design for a 16 yr old girl on Friday morning to pick up Sunday morning. Aside from the letters I wanted one special chocolate glazed cream filled donut. The lady behind the counter was so very helpful. She helped me design the cutest set of donuts. When I picked them up this morning they were beautiful and perfect!! The Donut Palace is, hold on, a donut shop owned and operated by a Chinese family (hence, Palace). The donut shops in Muskogee compete by all making the same stuff. Muskogee Donuts, Home of the Giant Glaze, makes a giant glazed donut. So does the Palace. The Palace makes guant apple fritters, and the other places make somewhat smaller, more individual sized apple fritters. All have a sausage in a flaky roll. They all close at noon, or shortly after. What they do that makes them great us that old style, no frills donut shop donuts. Anyway, this is nothing more than it claims to be. Eat well, tip well. read more

Omgeee we stopped on a lark for donuts and boy what a surprise!!! These were the BEST donuts I've had in a long time!!!

Yum! Every time we come through Muskogee and they are open, we stop here! We love their ham egg & cheese croissants... They are so good and they heat them up to make them all gooey! The donuts are delicious! They basically melt in your mouth... They are lightly cooked so they are perfect on the outside and soft on the inside... It's a good thing I don't live in town or I would need a gym just for all the donuts I would eat lol. read more

I've been there twice in the last 6 weeks to order donuts for my co-workers. The first time my card was charged before they informed me that they didn't have enough maple donuts to complete my order. They only offered glaze to substitute and the lady was rude about it. I asked for a refund and then she became very rude. This morning I ordered 2 dozen donuts and was rudely informed that they were out of glazed. I asked for chocolate and maple and was told that they didn't have enough. I understand running out of specialty donuts. But glazed, chocolate, and maple should be a staple product. And the complete lack of customer service and outright rude behavior ensures that I'll not give them my business again. read more

The business is very clean and tidy, and the donuts and other items are cooked well, just as with other "Donut Palace" businesses I have visited in other areas. However, I was surprised when I went to pay for my order. Since most of the prices were marked out on the board, I expected a little variance from prices of the same named businesses. Instead, what cost about $1.09 elsewhere was $2.20 each there. If the prices had been available, at least I wouldn't have been surprised. Almost $5 for two pastries is exorbitant. They were good, but not THAT good. read more
