I just came over here after going to a wild smoke shop close by that had nothing that I needed. I got great customer service and a super good vibe. the first store had me jaded but the lady that helped me here was super groovy and chill. The worst shop in town and the biggest bitch answers the phone and shes really really disrespectful go somewhere else! I come here about once a week maybe more. I love that they have raffles once every couple months. You can win really nice water pipes and such. This recent remodel is awesome. Same store just more spacious. A lot more Colorado blown glass and many other things. The owner and her workers are awesome. The owner is really cool even when I order large quantities of items that are not in the store. I recommend this place over any other pipe shop in Brighton. You will not find better customer service. And the staff are very friendly show respect and have knowledge about everything in the shop. The owner also answers any weird and stupid questions I have without any attitude. If I could rate a half a star I would, I was passing through this town and decided to stop and purchase some merchandise with cash. I asked for the man behind the counter at about 5 o clock 4/14/14 to pull some items for me to look at. Simple enough right? This douschbag coughed an attitude about me looking at their merchandise and was a complete snot. Take the time to go to any shop in Denver where there value customer service. Even in a world of stoners there is nobility and pride and this place had neither. Needless to say I walked out of there with about 100 bucks I was willing to spend I can't wait to here about this place failing. read more
