The quotes were around $125 to $175 to install the Craftsman .75hp belt driven Garage Door Opener system. One proposal was $200 to $400, which I did not consider. I want to them all for responding so quickly. I chose this company because they were one of the lowest and responded the first day and when I called them, they answered my questions. The actual cost was about $150. I sent them pics of the garage and door and they called back and told me specifically what else would be needed for installation and I agreed. Chris showed up on time, took the time to do the installation right and made the modifications to strengthen the metal door. He also had to align the rails and make other adjustments, which he showed me were installed incorrectly, which he fixed. Based on his knowledge and watching him do the work, I would have regretted doing this myself. Bottom line; I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them for any garage door work.

We still haven't cleaned it all up yet, and it's not from lack of trying. Also, as an aside, they damaged the front of our brand new (less than 36 hour old) freezer in the garage. I was CRUSHED to discover that it was scratched and dented because it wasn't cheap and we had just gotten it delivered two evenings before.

I called him again and he came out a little later, went through his checking routine and it worked a couple times. However, thereafter it failed and I called back and my call was not returned; I wrote an email to the company as shown on their business card. No response. In the end, I paid $85 and ended up with no further customer service. I would definitely not recommend this company based upon my personal experience. The young man was neat, personable and I wanted to give him an opportunity,. I am disappointed.
