There are multiple other areas where the paint is scuffed but not scratched off. A worker came out this morning to let us know that this damage is considered normal wear and not covered under warranty. They would charge $250 to try to fix it. We only paid $550 for the product to be put on in the first place. It sounded like a good product from other reviews but I can't recommend it.

He came and evaluated the piece and we decided to do an in home touch up which I'm really pleased with! I've had this piece since I was a child so it has sentimental value as well as being a quality piece. He also did a couple smaller fixes on two other pieces of furniture I had.
