Their response was flat out denial. I even showed them pictures of the damage. But as far as they are concern, if I didn't see them doing it, they didn't do it. They even said I damaged the sofa myself so I can make a claim against them. I did not know they were so dishonest, I would never recommend them to anyone.

He told me he was running late but promised he was heading directly to me after a quick lunch break and that he'd be there within 1.5 hours. An hour and a half later, I got a call from someone at the office telling me the repairman wouldn't be able to make it today. They told me they would ring me to reschedule the repairs. It has been almost a day and I haven't had a phone call yet. The result was that I spent 3.5 hours waiting in an empty house for a repairman who never came. My repairs are still not done.
