You confirmed it, and then two minutes later, when I was already 15 minutes away after driving 4 hours, you told me the car was suddenly "no longer available." So, a lot of negative to say here and people should know how this dealer operates before spending their time and money. First, after test driving and agreeing on the price, the salesman said he was going to get the paperwork and get the car prepped. Typical "no haggle" plus Bait and Switch. What they are doing here should be illegal. The one price internet price is actually excluding dealer fee which has become standard. What they don't tell you is the dealer fee is $1199, plus paperwork fee of $434, PLUS A LOJACK FEE OF $990 So this "dealership" of clowns is actually charging a non-negotiable $2634 dealer fee on top of their "internet" bait price. We were assured by the salesman that the LoJack fee would be remove. After all, I haven't seen LoJack on a car since the 90's. Every car has gps navigation now so there's no longer need to have LoJack locate the vehicle when the gps shows where it is at all times. I pushed for removal of this. And ultimately got my trade in amount increased and then walked out. Sales manager followed me into the parking lot and offered to remove half the LoJack fee. We had driven from an hour away so we went ahead and completed it. We had test driven the vehicle and wife wanted it. However salesperson Alexis never showed us the actual key fob until we signed the buyers order. The 2022 Hyundai had only 1 key fob and it was broken and missing buttons. How they could PDI a car of their own brand and not provide a single working key fob for the buyer is beyond me. I demanded a replacement and 2nd key since this was a Hyundai at a Hyundai dealership. I was given a WE OWE and have been asking for a week with no result. This place is a joke. We inquired about several cars, test drove them however, on the first day we were unable to make a deal. Fine! The next day I received a call from Jose with exciting news, that he had found us a car for $17,000 out the door. That means no more no less than 17,000k. We return to Doral Hyundai used car building with Jose under the reliance that he would honor his word from earlier that day. After meeting with Jose and taking the vehicle for a test drive, we were presented with a detailed written deal that amounted to $18,300 out the door. The written deal was both surprising and unexpected. We were very disappointed by the breach of trust when Jose sent a different representative to present the new deal, as he knew, he had already misrepresented the conditions of the deal. I made an appointment to fix a recall on my car and was even given an email confirmation for this appointment. My husband dropped off the car and was told it would take a few hours. Hours went by and when my husband called to know the status, they stated that the car and the appointment did not appear in their system. They told my husband they will call him back once they found out the issue, but more hours went by from that point on. My husband called a few times even after they hung up on him and was told they finally found the car, but it would be looked at a few days later to investigate the recall and the parts needed. I couldn't believe they wasted the entire day giving him the run around especially when he took the day off from his job. Both my husband and I decided to pick up the car and drop it off at the Homestead Hyundai instead which provides much better service overall. My husband stated as soon as he dropped of the car, he observed lack of professionalism and organization which makes sense why they couldn't find my car in the system to begin with. The only reason I choose to go to the Doral area is simply because I live in Doral, but NEVER again will I do business with these clowns. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service in the service department!! Our car had a dead battery and was towed to service last night. We had a 7:30am appointment this morning. By 10:30 we had not heard anything so I called the service center for an update. To my surprise, my call was answered by a call center located off-site. Since none of the service advisors were answering their calls, the rep said he'd pass along my info to the service advisor, who would give me a call. No call. Over the course of the day I called back over 8 times, all with the same response. Not one person has reached out to me. It's now 5:00 and I'm 45 minutes into yet another call trying to get the call center rep to get the service rep on my phone. Meanwhile, I'm simultaneously cancelling appointments for tomorrow that won't be possible without a car. I'm SHOCKED that a dead battery can't be resolved in a day....I was honestly surprised it wasn't done by noon, but I can appreciate that some days are busy. But EVEN WORSE is that no one has the decency to give us a simple call and update. If that update had been that our service is delayed, I would have understood. That happens. On Friday, July 7, 2023 I purchased a black CERTIFIED 2022 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited from Doral Hyundai. Upon completing the test drive I noticed the cooling/heated seats were not working so I had my sales person Rudy Jacir look into it. He said there was some sort of electrical problem with the buttons that trigger the cooling seats and that I would need to return the following week once the part arrived to have it fixed. I decided to purchase the car anyways and return the following week. However on my drive home to West Palm Beach on the highway going above 65 MPH I noticed the vehicle shakes drastically leading me to believe there might be a tire balancing issue or hopefully something not more serious. I addressed the issue with Rudy and he said it would be taken care of along with the seats when I return on Friday, July 14, 2023. I also took issue with only being provided one key fob. I was under the impression according to the Hyundai Certified Vehicle Checklist that 2 master keys were required in order for the vehicle to be certified. I was NEVER provided a copy of this vehicles certified checklist and would like one sent to me but they never did. Rudy promised me he would get me another key fob the next time I came in, but he never did. When I came on Friday, July 14th I was there for over 5 hours and was told that another issue was detected with the cooling/heating module under the seat and I would need to return for a THIRD time to have the issue resolved. They never even installed the part that was ordered the week previous. I was told the issue with the shaking was resolved but to my surprise on my way back to West Palm Beach I realized the issue was NOT resolved. This is my 4th Hyundai vehicle purchase in the last 9 years and my experience has been the worst thus far. I live almost 2 hours away and all I've done is waste gas and put miles on my car unnecessarily. On April 30, 2022 I went with the family to purchase a vehicle at Doral Hyundai and was interested on purchasing a Venue SE/SEL or KONA SE/SEL. Their selection was pretty slim and their salesman weren't able to advise exactly what was in inventory, so we had to take a ride through the lot to verify what truly was on hand. When we got back to the desk none of the inventory the salesman showed us worked out for us. It was 11:30AM and as we told the salesman that we would try back another day. The salesman spoke to his manager, Edwin Barrantes to see how they can salvage a possible sale and was told to take "$500 off of any of the vehicles we had been interested in" during our ride in the lot. We stated we had to keep looking around because the colors that we saw didn't work and most of what was available was Limited edition not an SE or SEL. After walking outside, we took a walk through the opposite side of the lot to continue reviewing their inventory without a salesman and to talk among the family. After further discussion we decided to settle on one of the vehicles they had available a grey KONA. When we walk back inside Edwin advised the "$500 manager discount was off the table" I insisted that how could that be it had only been 10 Minutes. After we continued to talk he simply refused with a smile and then as I walked away he laughed at me with another manager. I felt disrespected and humiliated that a Doral Hyundai employee at his level instead of leading by example would be so careless but to laugh at a customer that he refused to honor a deal that had been presented 10 minutes prior. I asked for his name and business card and they continued to laugh and be disrespectful. Since I was ready to buy a car they don't realize they could've honored the $500 and inflated the MSRP of the vehicle and fooled me to believing I was getting the $500 and they still would have gotten the sale, but to refuse to honor a discount that was given 10 minutes prior and then be disrespectful about it at a managerial level is unacceptable and I firmly believe it should be called out because no customer should ever feel that way. After leaving Doral Hyundai I went to Kendall Hyundai and purchased KONA SE with Sales Advisor Milena Romero. We had a stress-free sale and was even catered to like we were at a 5 Star Restaurant; (Offered Coffee and Water, greeted by all employees, and a great comfortable lobby to sit and discuss with the family. During the sale Mark Diaz greeted us and congratulated us on the sale. We felt accepted at Kendall Hyundai. I even shared my feedback with some of the employees so they could understand that great customer service pays off and in this day of age you don't find much of it due to lack of employee's or unhappy salaries; but I tell you what the customer service and professionalism from all the employees at Kendall Hyundai was very well recognized and they should be grateful for it. Shady shady shady... The worst car buying experience ever. Came to buy a car, obviously they were out of stock but would be arriving in two weeks. I placed a hefty down payment. Was called and told that my sales agent was no longer with the company, and my file was gone. They needed me to send receipts to prove I put money down. I provided what I had. They called me and advised that a car arrived, i advised what time i would come by, then hours later was told the car was sold. I called to complain, and advised I felt uncomfortable with the car buying process and preferred a refund to my deposit. The miraculously the car was available. Came to get the car, 4 hours later I am still here. No car to drive away in, and they are advising that the interest rate is no longer the same and the cannot honor the original quote. They have not offered anything to make this experience right, other than some shoulder shrugs, and empty apologies. Honestly feel so taken advantage of, and more than anything I despise having my time wasted. Hoping to still leave with a car because I know that I cannot afford to wait another month, but for those who have not engaged with this dealership already... run! read more

Called to inquire about a Hyundai Santa Fe, they said they have it, asked for the price, they said MSRP on the phone. I say I'd stop by the next day. Got to the dealer then they said it's minimum $5000 above MSRP. Look, you can charge double MSRP if you'd like, but be straight on the phone with people. Wasted my time. Thankfully another dealership in Miami quoted and sold me a Santa Fe for MSRP. read more

Absolutely no service!! I call on the phone only to be left with a line to leave a message, which never returns the calls. Service department is so packed with such an inefficient system, literally abhorrent. The entire dealership is crammed with cars everywhere, just parked all over the pathways. Absolutely frustrating from the point of arrival to being serviced. Appointments are definitely not adhered too. Forget about it, it's better to take a chance on any other mechanic in the street or service station. read more

The wife and I went to the dealership with the family the day before Father's Day to "look" at what inventory was available to purchase. It was time to upgrade the wife's vehicle to meet this blended family's needs. But honestly we had no intentions of making a final decision let alone a purchase. When we walked in, a room full of sales people standing around talking to each other and they didn't give us a first look, Yorgis was the only person to greet us, looked us each in the eye and shook all our hands. I have to admit he won me over with that single gesture of humanity. I obviously needed to remain objective and impartial, so I walked away looking at the vehicles in the showroom. Yorgis stayed with the wife and the rest of the family (party of 6 not counting me) patiently answering every question the wife and family threw his way. I must admit it was difficult not to appreciate Yorgis's salesmanship and patience with my family from afar. Needless to say after all our questions were answered we narrowed our search to a version of the Hyundai Palisade. After the wife test drove the Palisade, Yorgis insisted I drive the SUV as well to make sure it was a proper fit which was a first from all the other dealerships we've been to. To my surprise and reluctance we actually sat down to discuss purchasing the vehicle that day. Talking numbers with Yorgis I fully expected to be at complete odds and oppositional with him. But we sat around and talked about our family's and he put us at ease while doing his job. I know this review is long winded but I had to share my experience with Yorgis....BTW did I mention we left the dealership with a brand new Hyundai Palisade that very same afternoon. The long and short of this story is if you or your family are in the market for a vehicle, go and see Yorgis Iglesias at Doral Hyundai. He will treat you like family...the good kind. We live in South Miami and visited almost every dealership in between Cutler Bay and Doral looking for a new vehicle. Meeting Yorgis and having him place us in the Hyundai Palisade is worth worth every mile in between. read more
