Carolyn Dorazio is a fraud. She contracted me to install a new network for her. She paid for her equipment via credit card and after the installation she stiffed us on the final bill even though everything worked great. We went months without hearing from her. Then to add insult to injury (5 months after the fact and 2 days after Christmas) she does a chargeback on the equipment and her credit card company helped themselves to 1400 out of my checking account. I hired Carolyn because she told me she had experience in handling tax cases. In my opinion, her communications skills are extremely poor and the work she did for me was both below standards, and expensive. (She charged me far, far more than we agreed on.) I wound up having another attorney re-do the work I had paid her for. WHATEVER YOU DO IN REGARDS TO YOUR NEED FOR AN ATTORNEY: "FIND ANYONE BUT CAROLYN DORAZIO"!!!! I paid her $1,800 for a name change. Several months later I called her about a bill she had sent me in the mail, & she said she would not be able to do everything for $1,800. After seeing that I was upset, she refunded $300 and said she would send me a $400 check in the mail & do the change for what was left after the $400 refund (which I never received). Every time I called her office, I was told that it was taking time, but that I would get my name change. That was almost 2 years ago that I first went in and gave her the $1,800. Of that $1,800 I have received $300 back & she still has $1,500 for a name change that has not been done and I no longer am even contacted about. At one time when I called her about this, she yelled at me and said "I will run my business the way I want" then hung up. What a way to do business!!! Especially to a retiree!!! Carolyn Dorazio is a big phony and will waste your time any money. I got screwed out of 900 dollars after 4 months of waiting for her to do anything. Lost my file (misplaced in her eyes)and charged me to 285.00 hr to get all the info again. I had to fire her after 5 months total she did a total of 3 hrs of work at 285.00hr (my 900.) you suck lady and get bent. read more
