Blake Dore is a young, energetic and personable attorney who I found online while researching how to beat red light photo citation. He eagerly took the case despite my pessimism. Blake was responsive and professional every step of the way. After filing a motion to dismiss based on state law of the legality of the city of Tualatin to operate the device, multiple supoenas of city records about device maintenance and examining and photographing the site himself, we were thoroughly prepared for trial. The prosecution then decided to dismiss rather than go forward. Though the prosecution did not disclose why it decided to drop the case, I expect it was because they didn't want to jeopardize future prosecutions by allowing our defense to be aired publicly in court. In researching the feasibility of beating photo red light citations, I asked several prominent attorneys how they would proceed. Every one of them had attempted to and none had been successful, one attorney even telling me he had even hired the top traffic attorney in the state to no avail. The advice was to just pay the ticket, as these types of cases are usually cut and dried given the strength of the photographic evidence. Not so to Blake Dore'. If I could give more stars, I would. This guy gave me a second chance. Folks, I got very, very lucky finding Blake. From the moment I met Blake, I knew he was the attorney for me, he listened closely took notes, and immediately started to focus on my case. I work for Intel for over 25 years and visited Intel's Hillsboro sites almost every week for the past 20+ years. Over two weeks ago, I found out from the CA DMV that my driving record showed an out-of-state unpaid ticket in OR dated in April 1999. This DMV issue caused some major headaches for me as it failed my application for certain permits from an CA state agency. Received a citation for allegedly speeding 30+ over the posted limit and I had not switched my license over from my previous state of residence. The officer was pretty upset, but polite and I was a bit worried about dealing with the situation on my own. I searched around for a well-recommended traffic lawyer and happened upon Dore Law Firm.
