Since I am a university student, long sitting hours in classes and on laptop desk does not make my pain any easier. Because of such long sitting hours, my body adapted wrong/poor posture. For my back pain I took various medications, tried various exercises and did a lot of google search in order to get the best solution but nothing worked well. The Back pain was eating my time, my energy and also my studies were greatly affected. After starting chiropractic care with Dr. Norm things started turning well, in the beginning, I was little uncertain how the low force touch can eliminate my pain and help me gain my right posture back. But to my surprise, I started gaining energy and with the help of breathing exercise (SRI), I felt more open and improved. During my mid progress visit, I was amazed to see the difference in the thermal scans, my posture was improved to almost 95% with almost no stress on the neck area and back area.
