I have had to gho there to collecct a child with her Mum, as she wasn't feeling well. Very impressed with the care, relaxed atmosphere, and above all, how happy the kids were. Very bright spacious and well protected. Apparently, another branch being opened in Hove..that should please the Mums over here!!

Jack in the box playgroup is a playgroup and has mother and toddler sessions…read more I went along to one of the toddler sessions and am mostly impressed. The toys available to play with at the session today included a ball pit, farm animals and megabloks all of which my daughter loved. They provide a healthy snack and juice, the snack today was raisins, apple and hot cross buns. It is £1.50 per family to go. My only dislikes we there was too many children there for the space and a lot of bigger toddlers that weren't careful.

No bored staff here! The children spend their time in a wonderful environment, and the art creations and baking that come home are fantastic! Our little boy absolutely loves it and heads in every day without a backward glance. I am so glad this is where he will now be until he starts school, for which I know he will be very well-prepared.

It's premise is to help develop the core skills of communication and confidence among infants and pre-schoolers in a fun, friendly environment. Lessons are held at the above address at 10am on Monday mornings and at 1.30pm every Friday afternoon, however more classes are held elsewhere: 1) Tuesday mornings at 11.30am in the small hall at the All Saints Centre in Lewes 2) Wednesday mornings at 10am (3and4 yr olds) and 11am (1and2 yr olds) at the Cornerstone Community Centre in Hove If you'd like a first hand introduction head down on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays when they offer 2 sessions for the price of 1 (£6). Places like these are hard to find so, if you want your kids to get the best possible start in life, Talking Tots would be a great place to start.
