Appalling Customer Service…read more My wife purchased a dress from here late on Saturday afternoon, that looks very different away from the store lighting, not a fresh taupe colour but quite grubby grey. I took it back to the store 5 working hours later for a refund and was told that there is a "no refund" policy. The owner took great pride in telling me that this policy is shown everywhere. Actually it is in two places; firstly on the bottom of the receipt which they actually print out from their till, fold it and put it in a cardboard envelope before giving to you (doesn't that mean you have already purchased it???) and secondly on a sticker in the changing rooms which my wife didn't see as there were loads of clothes, scarves and accessories hanging over it. (Not hers). At no point when my wife handed over her card to pay did they mention it either; this feels like they have proactively hidden their no return "policy" and we feel conned! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and now they have the money, they don't give a damm. We will never shop here again and the only recommendation I can make is to stay away!

So if you are trying to find the butterfly boutique, on the upper floor of the dolphin centre head past Wilkinson towards the car park and its on your left. I think it is due to its location that it gets a lot of its business as I have said to people Butterfly boutique and know one knows what I am going on about. The store sell women's accessories with some clothes but it is its Costume jewellery that we go for they have a wide range of earrings necklaces and rings all of which look real and are very impressive. Assistants I have met have always been friendly and helpful. They let you get on with browsing but are always willing to advise. Well worth a visit.
