It caters for both women and men. It is a top end high street shop which means its pricier then the likes of topshop. The clothes are on trend and not overly fussy like in some shops, they also do various colour ranges for those who want a change off black. The clothes are of a good quality. They also do some bags and purses which are expensive then other shops but do look nice. The shop is set reasonable well and has a boutique feel about the décor as well. The fitting rooms are a nice size as its worth trying on before buying as they only do exchanges on unwanted items. The sizes go from 0- 4 in women's section 0 being x-small and 4 a large. The men's go a bit higher then 4 but it's the same principle. The staffs are warm and friendly and are happy to look for sizes not on the rails and some are quite chatty. You do get a good customer service from this store. This is a great store to look for something a bit more special or a staple that won't look dated in a couple of weeks.

This store is a decent size, it isn't up there with the biggest Primark locations in Birmingham and Manchester, being over just two floors, but it is pretty decent for the location as extra amenities such as a branded coffee shop and other "interesting" factors aren't needed as they basically have it all nearby within the centre anyway. For a Primark store, the store was pretty spacious, making it more pleasant to get around and shop compared to other locations. The store was pretty bright and modern, and although it differed to the colour scheme and layout to the stores in the North East, Birmingham and other stores around the country, it still felt pretty modern and of course, with any Primark store, the prices are pretty decent and affordable too. Not a bad branch of the Irish discount clothing chain, in a good location. 3*

There is a lot more choice then in the city centre and has more sizes. There are loads of clothes for ladies to pick and choose from, handbags and accessories to underwear. The quality is average sometimes a bit poor on some items but its to be expected. Upstairs there is a small home wear section, mainly bedding and cushions. There is a good shoe selection, including leather shoes. The men's wear is ok but not as good as the ranges available for women. Also the children's wear is great for clothes for boys and girls. The prices are cheap and the clothes are on trends and keeps up with the likes of topshop. The staffs are a mixed bunch with some being really friendly to others that don't even speak to you at the tills, but really you only go in there for the cheap clothes not the customer services. The store is kept tidy, the rails do get a bit messy on busy days but there are plenty of staff trying to tidy them up. It is also horrible to go in on a Saturday or Sunday at peak times as its heaving and you can't get round properly. Also there are queues but these do go down fairly quickly.

There were loads of kids tshirts reduced to £1 and I got a pair of boys combats reduced to 50p. As usual though, just like in every other shop there was tons of girls clothes but very little for baby boys in the sale so I was a little disappointed. The downstairs cash desk isn't very well designed, and it was a bit of a buggy battle as there's a large pillar just in front of one of the tills, and both myself and the next customer had babies with us, which totally gridlocked the area. Only a minor fault, but it was a bit annoying. I was there for ages because the cashier couldn't get the price right on 3 rolls of wrapping paper that were reduced to 25p - whatever she did it kept charging £1 each, so I had to wait for a supervisor. When I finally got back into the lift I checked my receipt and discovered I had been charged twice for something - only £2.50 but £2.50 is £2.50!!! I had to go up to the top floor (waiting on two cycles of the lift because it was busy) and wait at customer services to get a refund. Grrrr! The lady there was very apologetic but it was just annoying to have to do this - the 10 mins delay meant I had to pay an extra quid-odds for car parking so I was not a happy panda. The customer service was excellent and the prices were fab although you do get what you pay for and the quality isn't fantastic, but kids grow out of stuff so fast that it doesn't really matter. It's worth a visit if you're shopping on a budget - it is a massive store.

They also have good ranges of sizes on the rails. The clothes are fairly average quality and the jeans range is rather good. The shop I think is a bit small and they could easily do with a bigger store to get more ranges in. The staff there seems friendly enough, unlike some other stores. Its always worth a look as you could be surprised but would say its better going online for a much larger range and a lot better stuff as well!1 Price wise is reasonable, cheaper then topshop more dearer then Primark.

It has a good selection of clothes for various occasions, at the moment in the run up to Christmas there is a lot of sparkle. There is a good work wear selection. Its range of footwear is good including wide fitting boots, and the clothes sizes available are good with the smaller sizes being the hard to find. The staff are warm and friendly and are happy to help with any queries. This shop allows the curvier women to still be fashionable and able to shop on the high street. Prices are ok, with discounts often on.

It doesn't really sell occasion wear like in Debenhams it sells more every day wear and comfortable wear. The clothes are in my opinion well made, wear well, nicely cut and last a long time, washing well too. The staff are very friendly and the shop is very welcoming.

It is a great little shop and it has lots to offer in terms of well made daywear for the older woman. It also does accessories like shoes, hand bags, belts and a small range of costume jewellery. I like the shop as it has lots of choice, a good range of sizes and the staff are very nice.
