The first time my foot won't fit into my normal 38 size and she explained to me why that might be (i have a high arch and fat feet basically) and when I returned an hour later to buy them in a larger size, she didn't even bat an eyelid and was really nice about it. She was super quick and efficient too! Exactly what I like when shopping. This shop is mid size but very airy and have a good selection of shoes across a whole range of prices and style. I like.
