The woman who picked up was rude in that lazy, I don't give a shit attitude as she asked me which coin laundry I was in. After telling her she said that it first didn't work and then that it was taken away because people were abusing it. The inconsistency of her story convinced me that it was never available at this location. When I highlighted that they were advertising as having wifi online she acted disinterested and informed me that it was no problem. I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it. On arrival, we were able to change out our paper money for coins using the change machine. There are a lot of machines of various sizes so it was just to choose the best size for the job. There is clear instruction on the machine in how to use which was easy to follow. This was a relief. The place is clean and at the time of day when I went, 2:45 on a Monday, there was only a few people using the machines. There was no issue getting a machine. Prices to wash ranged from $4.25 to $15.00 for the huge machines. To dry is .25 per 4 mins. This we had to ask someone as there is no pricing posted. They also provide spray bottles with sanitizers and paper towels for cleaning. Would come back here if I need to use a laundromat again.

Its in a plaza that contains a dollarama, a yoga, studio, coffee time, and a bank. The room is long and narrow, there is a small bathroom on the end and a little utility sink. There are two change makers, a soap centre to buy soap and fabric softener sheets, a candy dispenser (25¢ for a hand full), and a pop machine. They have 31 washing machines (they are numbered) and about 20 dryers. The machines range from the kinds you find at home to big commercial triple load washers. The dryers are the big ones you would normally see at laundromats. The place is pretty clean and well maintained. I think it switched hands last year and the new owners came in and cleaned and repaired everything. Benches are at either end of the room and they have a few cameras. They open from 6am to 11 pm

The newly opened one next to Nofrills and Hair Joy had a very rude owner. It was my first time doing laundry there and since it was new i wanted to try it out. I used three machines and I observed that two of the double loader machines had very little water. I was simply stating my observation to the owner but he would not listen. He said on quote "You're not satisfied? Then I'll refund your money. I don't want your business. Take your laundry, leave and don't come back." It was the first time I went to that laundry place. Maybe the guy was tired and it's been a long day for him but that is not the way to treat a new customer. He set up a business, he should learn how to handle customer opinion. I won't be coming back there anymore. So for those choosing to go to that laundry place make sure to watch your laundry to see if it's getting washed properly. I came in with two dress pants to be hemmed on the bottom (as they were too long) and the inner part of the leg as there was a hole, this was all $25. I noticed the hemming on the bottom was the right length for both pants, but the hemming was not straight at all and was messy (saw other reviews say the same thing); there were even threads loose. I just washed the pants, and the whole stitching on one pant leg came out and the pant leg is no longer hemmed anymore. Now I need to get it fixed again. Overall, not the best work, but the lady is very kind and works hard.
