Not quite sure what all the negative reviews were about on Dothan Easy Finance. I have found them to be a great used car dealer. I bought a 2006 Dodge Dakota from them a few days after I bought it it developed an issue where it wouldn't start yes the vehicle was bought "As Is" but the service manager quickly had it towed back to their shop and fixed at no cost to me. I have now been driving my truck nearly a year problem free! So if y'all need a reliable vehicle and your credit isn't the best like mine was after a natural disaster.. Go see Dothan Easy! read more

I purchased a 2004 Chevy suburban just about two years ago and I noticed 30 minutes after the purchase I heard a tap they came from the NG I immediately took it back to Dothan easy finance they told me that I put too much oil in the engine but I didn't put any oil in the engine I must have complained about the tap for two years now they didn't help me fix the car and they told me that the owner recommended that my car not to be repaired at their shop I called Jason and Jason Wouldnt Come to the phone to tell me what the owner said all of their cars are junk as far as I am concerned and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy read more

I bought a $2000 car that was apparently in good running condition. Come to find out that the engine needs replacement three days later which cost a total of $3500. And then a $500 starter. Absolutely unacceptable. A dealer shouldn't lie to a customer about its condition. False advertising. He also said the vehicle was inspected. I would love to sue the company for this. read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. This is a poor excuse for a car lot. They sold me the worst piece if crap I have ever owned in my life. Both the front doors leak, the latch that the front driver door at attaches too was about to come off, one if the hoses under the hood was just hanging there, the windshield leaks, the alternator has now went out on it. I have now put more money in this vehicle in three months than I put down on it!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! read more

I would give no stars if possible. These people are liars and will cheat you out of everything and if you are a woman, it's worse bc they think you know nothing about cars and are easier to get one over on. They are cheap and do bad service and do not care if you have a family and cannot afford to be stranded. They will tell you your problem is something smaller and then make you spend hours waiting for them to NOT fix your vehicle but sit in the servicing shop probably laughing about what they are getting away with. They will have several employees tell you they are going to check on the progress of your vehicle and then not even come back to give you an update or the'll tell you it should only be a couple of more minutes and you wait another hour. Had to wait almost 3 months for them to put a seat that was missing in. I went to get the vehicle 3 times but it wasn't ready. The gear shift that they was fixing for the reason it wasn't ready isn't fixed still. They are very rude even on the phone. They do not call back. They say they are gonna take care of you and do right by you but In fact they do they opposite all they are concerned about is making the sale with no warranties. You can not even give it back without being obligated to still pay for the vehicle in full so you are stuck paying for it whether you keep it or give it back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT BUT VEHICLES FROM THIS CAR LOT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER. read more
