They also replaced some of the hinges and the rollers, and the garage door opens and closes smoothly and silently. This time was for a broken torsion spring. I called around 11:00 AM and they were able to get here by 2:30 the same day. Now that's service! I highly recommend MP Garage Doors to anyone that needs a new door, or repairs to their existing door(s). Their prices are reasonable and they do extremely high quality work.

But my home warranty needed verifying information - name of company, license #, & serial #'s, etc about the garage door openers installed). I had to ask them to just submit a form providing this information so I could get reimbursed. They REFUSED! The woman I spoke with told me she doesn't have the information - including the serial #'s for the garage door openers. WHAT?!?! A company installs a mechanical device in my home and they don't even know what they installed???? WHOOPS! 5 stars just went to 1 star. I advise yelp review readers to check around! I am new to Dothan so based my hiring of this company on yelp/google reviews. So I hope my review encourages at least one person check around before hiring!

Every time I call i am told that they are to busy because of the storm last October. I have called many times, emailed many times and always the same answer or no answer at all. I wish that I would not have paid them in full until the job was completed, I would not recommend using these guys for any future installs.
