Once we got off the elevator it smelled like a backed up toilet. The room also smelled. We got switched to a different floor. No they did not send a bellman up with the new keys & to help us switch. We had to go down to get them. New floor and room did not smell. Upon review no hair on floor or bedsheets. Built up dust on lamps and the curtains. These are the old school curtains with manual movement. No auto opening curtains. Anyway, pool was nice, but they took out the kids splash spilling things we saw on YouTube videos in the back pool. Now there are no kid features. At night the casino vibe was okay. They seemed generous with the drinks and had decent service. Shower pressure compared to other hotels was average. It wasn't bad, but not strong like many we have stayed at. Possible black mold on shower caulk. Biggest issue was the firm bed. My lower back hurt when I woke up. This didn't happen at the hotel we had left the night before. For those reasons, especially the bed, we might try Crockfords next time, but will never stay at Hilton again. Too many places to stay at in Vegas. Room was the smallest we ever had in Vegas too. Enjoy!

I just wrapped up my first stay at the M Resort, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!…read moreI've walked through this place a few times before and had high hopes--happy to say it lived up to my expectations. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

They are most definitely a Luxury style Casino. Aesthetic decorations and sculptures all around the casino and overall very clean. The check in process was easy and even the parking was complimentary during our time. We have been to the property before but now it's much much better and full of more stores and more dining options than years ago. The food hall has great options like Bar Ito & Miami Slice. Those are my favs. The parking garage has two different entries depending which side you enter and the floor you park on. As far as the room, what a great room! Everything was perfect and felt very classy. The bathroom and slippers. The bathroom is very modern and the tub was nice and big. The lighting, the mirrors and all the decorations were beautiful. The beds and pillows made a for a comfortable nights sleep. We had the best time! It was a cozy and comfortable time on vacation. Fontainebleau is seriously a beautiful property. They offer all types of gaming and slot and the typical table games. They also have the tallest escalators to use on site. It's worth a visit and worth a stay if you wanna experience it for yourself. One of our favorites spots to visit was Chez Bon Bon which was 24 hours and serves coffees, desserts and pastries. Cool Casino! Good times! ( ^_^)b

Review of the Security Department at Fontainebleau Las Vegas…read more My experience with the security team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas was disappointing and fell short of the standards expected from a premier luxury resort and casino. A significant concern is what appears to be an excessive level of suspicion toward guests. While security personnel are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, their approach often feels intrusive rather than professional. Instead of providing a sense of safety, some interactions create unnecessary discomfort and make guests feel as though they are being scrutinized without cause. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of training in hospitality and guest relations. Security staff should be able to balance safety and customer service, especially in a high-end resort environment. Unfortunately, that balance seems to be missing. Their presence is often overly obvious and lacks the discretion expected from a professional security operation. The role of security is to protect guests and property, not to create an atmosphere that feels intimidating or unwelcoming. A more guest-focused approach, combined with enhanced training in communication, professionalism, and hospitality, would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Leadership within the department should also be evaluated. Given the importance and prestige of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the Security Department should be led by individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and a clear understanding of modern hospitality-based security practices. The current direction of the department raises concerns about whether these standards are being consistently met. Fontainebleau Las Vegas has the potential to set the standard for luxury hospitality in Las Vegas. Achieving that goal requires a security team that protects guests while treating them with professionalism, respect, discretion, and courtesy.

had a very disappointing experience at Circa Resort & Casino…read more From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. First, our room was delayed by over two hours. Then I was given a hard time because the reservation was originally under my wife's name. She was unable to make the trip with me in the end because our babysitter was late, and instead of trying to help, the staff told me I had to deal with the booking company myself. Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. To make things worse, I later received an email confirming I could have a late checkout until 1 PM, but they deactivated my room key at 11 AM, which prevented me from getting back into the room to pack my belongings. In the end, they also charged me for late checkout after specifically telling me they would not charge me. Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit Vegas about four times a year. We decided to try a new hotel this time, but I definitely will not return and would not recommend this place to any friends or family.

Restaurants where dining credits can be used for takeout change all the time. Silverton restaurants including Twin Creeks, Mi Casa and Su Casa and Mermaid Bar qualify for dine in only. In the past dining credit could be used for takeout at Mi Casa and Su Casa. In March I used dining credit to eat at Twin Creeks. Today I had 2, $15 dining credits, one could be used for takeout at WuHu only, the other for takeout at WuHu or Sundance Grill. WuHu usually has a long line to order and in person is the only option. I'm a believer in offering options for using dining credit to make it easier for everyone to actually use it. Usually the credit is available for 48 to 72 hours after printing at a kiosk. Other monthly casino promotions include weekly gifts and drawings. Silverton has been pretty unique (tho not alone) in offering branded gifts. Lately I've received a Silverton branded travel mug, T shirt, tote bags and hats. I share it as often as I keep it. Their restaurant variety is impressive and includes Starbucks. Food and beverage inconsistency is a big reason for my 3 star rating.

Let's go in after some panning around our schedules. They have so much fun here with lots of food and drink choices . Food eateries that you have not been introducing too. The heat of Vegas is coming . Let's stay cool . Are you looking to stay off the strip and for a few days they give discounts when you book extra days in a row. They offer natural lighting from the outdoors for the casino. The parking is free here and it's not clustered with all sorts of Las Vegas traffic. It's safer than the strip too. Close to all sorts of things to do and see! It's probably more locals focused and offers around two hundred rooms. This hotel still has that new smell, with fresh paint type of air. The gambling is on point . The sports book is all open ready for your bets. It's unique too comes connected to the George Restaurant and its features indoor and outdoor seating . Wow! And it's not even busy . Again they have a bar called Drink with indoor and outdoor seating too . The prices are lower than the ridiculous ones that's on the strip. Come out and see what's happening with a little slower part of Vegas . Play some table games or try your luck at something other digital game. The black jack tables are low at a ten dollar minimum. Remember to stay here too the hotel rooms are new and truly lovely! What's not to love that new Casino Smells here at the Durango Casino.

While we were here this time we indulged in some ice cream and really enjoyed the hand made ice cream. It really tasted handmade with bits of real strawberries in it. Last time we were here it was a special occasion and we went all out. We walked all though the strip just to get here to ride the gondola. Boy was that fun. No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. Maybe even walk around the quaint streets and have some ice cream after your ride.

For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!

First, the good... it's still cool. I mean, not cool as in temperature (in general they keep it much too warm in there), but interesting decor and art. Although it needs to be updated and freshened up a bit. The VIP lounge (for Platinum/Noir MGM members) is nice. They even have menus listing the available food and drink options. The bad... the AC is terrible. The hallways were cooler than our room but the elevators were stifling and even the gaming floor is kept too warm. We called for help with our AC and they couldn't do anything except bring us a fan and give us a small food and beverage credit. The tech in the room is awful too. Our TVs didn't work for much of the trip, which was a problem as we were hosting friends to watch election returns come in. Again, nothing they could do as it was a "system outage". And the internet was even worse. Most of the time it would barely allow downloads. It was also impossible to get anyone to help you - particularly on the phone. We were there during the week, NOT on a weekend, and still any call to the front desk or operator was met with very long hold times. There is also apparently no way to reach the VIP desk on the phone, even though of course they do have phones there. This is still our favorite hotel in Vegas, but it's much closer now. The lack of a real high limit slot room doesn't help (they are "renovating") and we also feel like the slot selection isn't being kept current - almost no new games. Still some great restaurants and those views from the balcony rooms cannot be beat. But some attention needs to be paid to get the Cosmo back in peak form.
