We contacted Kieff's Roofing approx 6-7 years ago to have some roofing repairs. They obviously did…read morenot want to do repairs but they wanted to replace it. It was about 18 years old so we decided to go ahead and have them replace it. It took them awhile to get to it, but it was completed in December. They did a good job but had to come back to fix some issues. We now need an awning taken down that they put up for us and some shingles replaced in that area. We called them two weeks ago to have them come back out to give us a quote, but have not heard back from them whether they want the job or not. I will edit this "would I recommend them" from a maybe to a yes if we hear back from them. EDIT: Since this review, Kieff's Roofing did eventually get out to remove the awning and replace the shingles today. I'm changing my review to five stars and do recommend this company for your roofing needs, however, plan ahead if you can, as it may take them awhile to get out to you.

I called Midland sprinkler and spoke with the owner. He seemed like he cared talking about how he tries to do a good job because he lives in this city and goes to the same shopping stores and restraunt's the the customers do so he wants to make sure. He said he would come by the next day at noon to do the blow out and to look at the sprinkler box and see what the problem was. The next day noon came and went and no one showed up. I waited until 12:15 and I called and got the voice mail. I left a voice mail asking if they were coming, no one ever called me back. To date, the owner completely ghosted me, waisted my time and had never called me back. He just disappeared. Save yourself the time and frustration, look somewhere else. There are plenty of options.

I told them I had propane for 20 years and never had to do that and never ran out in all that time. We had to leave because it was so cold and they couldn't tell us when a truck would be out to fill the tank. When I talked to them in regards to selling my house and the steps I would need to take if the new owners didn't want them for their propane company they simply said to call them with the date and they would get the tank and gas and refund me for the price paid. Well imagine my surprise when I was charged $75.00 for labor and $92.20 restocking fee! They also knew I was moving out of state and would never use their service again. They could have spoken the truth.
