You blow away a sure thing now for an unknown later. So if I wanted to be seated, served and done within an hour we would've went to McDonald's. Has anyone been, at a restaurant establishment been seated, served and finished in an hour. Back Roads management, ownership, you need to train your hostesses a little better. Coworker ordered a patty melt and waffle fries with Italian spring rolls. I ordered basically a custom blackened salmon sandwich with only avocado on it and a side of waffle fries. I had a pretzel too. The pretzel was a bit weird for me; felt and tasted like a brioche bun which overall the idea seems amazing, but I want my pretzels exceptionally salty. The salmon was acceptable but realistically overcooked. The fries were amazing, quite possibly the best version of waffle fries I've ever had. Think of Arby's seasoned curly fries but in a waffle shape. Overall not a bad meal but not an exceptional one. I'd return if I had to revisit this area for work again.
