Amazing rooms staying here again forsure.. suprised hubby with a date night no kids and a Jacuzzi room couldn't get any better than this

The customer service here is literally some of the best I have ever experienced in my life! I arrived for a late check in and I was greeted with a smile and upbeat person. The following night I got back late and missed dinner. The bartender recommended that I order from the neighboring Pepe's, which I did and they delivered! The bartender was BEYOND generous. The room itself is spacious, comes with a nice tub, channel guide, comfy bed and all the toiletries in case you forgot something. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area! read more

we arrived at our arrival time which said 12 pm and the lady at the front desk told us to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready which i think shouldve been priority. she wasn't very helpful and just gave us the key. i also booked a room for a one bedroom suite and instead got 2 beds and a shower instead of bathtub. the first time i went to shower, there was a big ass cockroach and the bathroom wasnt very clean. not to mention you have to pay for wifi???? wish i could rate this 0 stars. dont come here unless you're in desperate need of a place for a night. read more

I like this hotel and have stayed here many times. It is always hot here in LA, so it's nice they have pool! It is a big room and juccuzi for very good price and quite, clean. Most important to me that it is quiet so it is easy to relax. I think manager name is Bill and he is very kind and polite. The resturant accross is Dennys there is a 24hour shop. It is close to Disney's land. Everything is fine there! So one problem Swimming pool water too cold !! But. I think it is cheap and price for jucuzzi in room with lots of quiet!!! read more

I have stayed in this hotel for a couple of years now when I go on scrapbooking retreats. The front staff is welcoming and helpful, the rooms are super-clean & comfy, and it's small enough so you don't feel like it takes forever to get to your room or back down to the lobby. I have another retreat coming up this month and I can't wait to go back. I kinda wish they had an ice machine on every floor, but I'll take the in-room fridge that they do provide over that any day. I was very happy with our stay at this hotel. I read a couple of reviews about it being run down but was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and new decor. Our room was even freshly painted. The suites are specious and great for families. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly. I left a necklace in the room and when I called they sent a manager to go look for it. They found it and kept it at the front desk until I was able to go pick it up. They were so kind and accommodating. read more

Bachelorette party stayed here in the King Suite with a kitchen and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and the bed extremely soft. Very clean and the staff was friendly. actually i would give then negative 5 stars giving one star is doing them a favor. i do agree with the first guy the huge jetted tubs are awsome but you cant use that to cover up all the trash in the rooms, vomit on the floors, and the horrible service. i normally would have given this place five stars for the decor but when the cleanliness of the room is so bad you are afraid of what kind of hooker had his or her trick there the night before its hard to feel comfortable this place is sooooo gross dont stay here ...well unless you dont mind empty condom wrappers, that werent used by you, vomit all over the carpet and rude poeple just asking to get smacked in the face...... read more

So I stayed here last night I will definitely not come here again First off when I arrived I wasn't greeted by any employee hints he was on the phone wasn't a big deal but I had to wait for him to take two phone calls before he acknowledged that I had walked in and he didn't seem to pleasing when he helped me. So after that I was excited I was getting a room with a Jacuzzi tub that I had booked online but upon arrival I was told there was going to be a 200+ extra charge as a holding fee so basically I was putting down a total of 400+ for a jacuzzi tub room which I wished they would put that on there website people should know there's that kind of fee if looking for this type of room not to mention the desk man had told me oh if u don't have it meaning the money he can downgrade me to a different room which I felt was rude anyways I went to my room which was nice only thing is the room was hot I was just thinking maybe the ac wasn't at the lowest so I turned down the ac to which wasn't much better waited an hour and not any better so after an hour I called back to the front desk to complain about the air to which the man said he would look he called me back about 10 mins later to let me know we can move to a better room to which I had asked if the air is better he laughed and said should be. So as we moved into that room it wasn't much better my partner was not comfortable and neither was I through out the night was to hot the ac is old not up to date the room is to big for the type of ac they have in there it was a miserable stay not to mention the staff member wasn't very professional to me and I will not be making this place somewhere to stay next time!! read more

The room was very nice, with a sofa in a sitting area. The jacuzzi tub was the largest I've ever seen in a hotel room. It was nice to lay in and relax. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is right across the street from Cal. State Fullerton. read more

Just checked out of here yesterday and was beyond pleased with my stay! I stayed with a large group of friends after bar hopping in Downtown Fullerton. Leigh Ann was such a great help at the front desk, full of life & had us laughing. Every employee working helped us with every need with no complaints. We stayed at this hotel for a wedding my husband and I were both part of the wedding party and it was really great. I was really impressed with the friendly, accommodating staff. They were so sweet and excited for the wedding party and really seemed to go out of their way to accommodate our requests. The bar was very fun and a good space and the rooms were really comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi tub is the best! The suite the bride & groom stayed in was amazing! I chose the Holiday Inn & Suites over another reputable hotel near by for my wedding guest accommodations. I worked closely with Puja who was extremely helpful!! She set time aside to let me tour the guest rooms and three of their suites before I made my decision. She worked closely with me on working out a contract for my guest rooms, a suite for myself and my bridesmaids the night before and day of our wedding to get ready in, and the night of for me and my husband. ALL of the staff were VERY helpful and I have had several of the guest at my wedding mention how affordable and nice their rooms were. They especially liked the hot tubs in each of their rooms. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn & Suites for wedding guest accommodations or for people who are vacationing near by. read more

Went to a wedding reception in the hall had a great time. We decided to go out to a bar so we grabbed a cab. However, when I went out front to grab some things from my truck I noticed I had a flat. No worries we went out, when I came back I called AAA to fix it and the driver told me my tire was slashed. I went in to ask the security if they noticed anything being that I parked in front of a camera. They told me It was not their problem and if I wanted anything done I would have to file a police report as well as file a motion to use their tapes. F-that I don't know if they just did not want to pay for the tire or they just wanted to be jerks about it. Anyway, everything was cool except for me worrying about the safety of my care and the horrible customer service with this incident. I will not be back or refer someone here. read more

There is no doubt that I made the right decision to stay here, on behalf of me & my husband. We got an amazing deal for beautiful suites & delicious breakfast in the morning. Holiday Inn accommodated us with providing 2 shuttles going to and from the Coyote Hills Golf Course so that our guests can relax and not worry about driving after drinking. I've never stayed here until now that I have nowhere to really stay until something affordable comes up. But anyhow my comedy friend from Denver comes and gets booked here from the management at The Improv in Brea. His rooms are cozy and ample for him to move around in his wheelchair. It's comfortable to just even visit. So yeah for him staying here is ideal and conveniently close to the club. To a degree of what is deemed close. Anyhow I give it 5 stars because this is not just any Holiday Inn. read more

This is one of my favorite hotels!!! I usually get a king bed with a jacuzzi. After long walks at disneyland this is the place to rest. The rooms are always clean and has fresh smell when you walk in. The bed is very comfy. Plenty of extra towels. Bathroom is very nice. Has glass shower doors and it feels like you are in a resort type shower because it isn't a standard house shower. Bathroom connects to the area for the jacuzzi. There is no microwave but can do without it. Staff was very nice. I only spoke with them when I checked I'm because I never had any problems. This is my go to hotel when in the Disney area. read more

My co-worker and I stayed in this hotel just last week for a 3 days stay . October 26-28, 2017 SCAAP convention. We were in a room with King room bed and a Jacuzzi. The room was clean. The second night we bought a bubble bath so we can get into Jacuzzi, first we let the water run so we can clean the tub, drained it! Then we rune the water again to fill the Jacuzzi, it was okay at first, which means the water was clean and clear, then as soon as we turned on the Jacuzzi that's when the water turned black not gray. . . it smelled like sewer!!! We were not able to use the Jacuzzi. PLEASE!!! yaaaaak! The food they served was not good. . . what happened to our choice of chicken or salmon everyone got chicken! and how come theres no coffee served over lunch or dinner??? First thing the outside of this hotel does not do justice for the modern interior, so don't look at the exterior and think the inside will be a dump. I am very picky about the hotels I stay at, and this one is on my list of nice hotels. Check in was pleasant, buy one get one free drink coupon. Went directly to our room and the room was set at a comfortable 70 - yet another thing I look for I don't like walking in an 80 degree hotel room. We had the king bed suite nice size room King bed, pull out couch, coffee table, desk, TV, drawers, and a refrigerator. Oh and did I forget to mention THE VERY SPACIOUS JACUZZI TUB? It was wonderful. Oh and updated bathroom granite counter tops and nice dark brown tile that looks like wood. So why did I only give this 4 out of 5 stars? 1. The exterior is not great and the location is kind of weird, drive under the port and you will feel like you are in a new area. 2. When we checked in we weren't even told about the pool.... Well we figured out why... The pool is super tiny, and dead looking actually a duck was floating in it lol. I don't mind honestly, but for the fact that this is marketed as a great hotel to stay when going to Disneyland this isn't a hotel I would take kids to. 3. The toilets make these weird noise when flushed, I thought it was just ours but I heard others thought the night. 4. There is no microwave, there is a refrigerator which is perfect, but if I am going to stay here multiple nights I would love to warm up my food! All and all I will be back the cons are not deal breakers for me! :) read more

This place is GREAT!! I had my wedding here and James E. and his staff took care of every last detail to the T! The rooms are absolutely amazing!! A jacuzzi tub in every room! This place has been completely revamped from when it was Chase Suites and I couldn't be more happy. The rooms are Fabulous with a capital F! All of the folks from the wedding party that stayed said they had an amazingingly comfortable bed and loved the decor. Breakfast buffet in the morning.. can you say all-you-can-eat Bacon!!! The breakfast buffet was fresh tasting, nothing seemed to tbe set out from the morning and left there. I watched the gentleman refresh everything about every 15 minutes. Love it! It's a shame there aren't any current reviews for this Holiday Inn because the suite I booked was very nice! So I guess I'm gonna give Holiday Inn the props they deserve. First off, I told them my husband and I were celebrating our 18 th Anniversary. I had already booked a King Suite w a jacuzzi, but they sweetened the deal and upgraded my room to a suite w a separate living room AND heart-shaped jacuzzi - FREE; which made our evening that much more special. The room was very modern/contemporary. There were hardwood floors, granite counters in the bathroom and the shower was granite, as well. The room had red accent walls. There were two flat screen TVs, microwave and refrigerator. And most importantly, the room was very clean and well maintained! I will definitely stay there again. Lastly, the king suite w jacuzzi was very affordable. After my AAA discount and tax, the cost was $136. Thank you Holiday Inn for a memorable Anniversary! read more

I had an early morning meeting at this Holiday Inn. Rather than get up really early and drive over I decided to try out the hotel. After hearing they had jacuzzi suites I decided to try one out. I loved the room, the tub felt quite nice. I slept well in the comfortable bed and never heard a noise. When i got up and found myself in the meeting the room was very comfortable and clean. When it came time for food the on site restaurant made a very nice lunch that was both delicious and filling. Either as a guest of one of the rooms or if you need a place to hold a meeting I highly recommend this location. read more

Great customer service, nice and clean spacious rooms, refrigerator included in room, some rooms have large balconies which is great. Breakfast here is pretty decent and waitresses were extremely nice. Location is extremely accommodating for wedding parties and is close proximity (10 min drive) to clubs/bars, target, and mall. They have a full service bar that is available daily. Really enjoyed myself here and stayed for 3 nights. Knocked them one star bc as I was gathering my items to check out I looked behind the blinds and noticed a pair of shorts and socks that were not mine so would recommend they thoroughly inspect each room before turning it over to new guests. My favorite hotel! Love the jaccuzi suites. I've been going here since it was Chase Suites Hotel; Holiday Inn did a great job renovating it. Pool is small but it's still a pool, 2 treadmill and some weights got the workout facility.....small but it's all you need to get a good workout. Would definately recommend to anyone read more

I loved this hotel!! I reserved a block of rooms at this hotel for myself and our wedding party. We got the heart shaped jacuzzi room (which was awesome!). The standard rooms are great too! The staff was very accommodating and even kept the bar open late on Saturday night for an after party! Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was a mix-up trying to reserve my room and they wouldn't let me. Let's just say the head sales manager wrote me an email and they were extremely apologetic and let me reserve the room! They have a pool on the roof, fitness room, restaurant and comfy beds! Very reasonably priced and conveniently located of the 57. Lots of restaurants around too. read more

I found this hotel through my wedding venue, because it was a short distance for our out of town guests. I reached out about a year before our wedding to ensure that all of the little details were taken care of in advance. To be honest, it's a nice hotel but there are also some great competitors in the area. The ONLY reason I chose this hotel was because during my initial emailed conversation, Ashley the hotel events coordinator said that they do provide shuttle service for our guests that are staying in the hotel, to the wedding venue. That was my biggest concern because I wanted our guests to feel safe drinking and not having to drive. There was a side note that stated we needed to have a 10 room guarantee room block for the shuttle service otherwise we would be charged $100, no big deal. So the day of our wedding arrives and my maid of honor goes down to arrange the shuttle service and they stated that I needed to give them two weeks notice about the shuttle, so the service is not available! I read through all my emails and had a print out of my agreement and not once was that ever stated in the print. So my maid of honor tells them that information was never given to us, and they have the audacity to lie to her face and tell her that I gave my verbal consent that I did not want the shuttle service! I never even spoke to anyone, it was all through email so how could I have given a verbal denial of the service? While to some this may seem petty, but we were in need of the service and didn't even receive any type of apology for the misunderstanding or even try to help us get the service. Like I stated in the beginning, I only chose this hotel for my family because of the shuttle service. While the hotel is nice and clean, but I would not encourage any wedding party to use this hotel for a room block, especially after they flat out lied. So disappointed. read more

Hotel was clean n super friendly. Went for my lil honeymoon getaway. Only stood one night since we had to return to our lives wit our son lol. Overall great service and jazzuzi was awsome it was clean n really relax single parents lol. Will most defiantly b visiting again hopefully soon lol read more
