After two days of calling and emailing the listing agent who was told to expect the offer we were completely ignored. The offer was put in early on a Friday afternoon well before closing time, not to mention, NO realtor with any scruples refuses to return a phone call in regard to an offer no matter what day of the week it is. What realtor would ever let two days go by before responding to an offer? None with any integrity or feeling of responsibility toward their seller. The broker of ERA was notified of the situation and again, no response, no one cared that they were costing their seller a sale.
