Cool spot, especially for a late night snack. However, I will say that the crepes are a bit overpriced for what they are. The wait was really long and the crepes were cold when we got them. My boyfriend and I stopped by this food truck and ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake crepe. We liked the graham crackers on the crepe and the strawberries were fresh. The cream was decent. If there were strawberry cheesecake bites sprinkled into the crepe, this would be delish! The crepe itself was a very good consistency, glad we chose this option (there were options for Belgium waffle, funnel cake etc with your toppings). Service was pretty quick, we waited no more than 10 minutes for our crepe. Found truck in the Lathrop Food Truck right off of I-5 & Louise. Crepes, waffles & beignets all offered in multiple savory or sweet options. We got a mini sundae with chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate fudge, whip cream, nuts and a cherry on top all for $3.50 which equals cheap and tasty. Real cherry on top was the good quality ice cream. Also got beignets that were 5 for $6. It was made to order, hot and literally coated with powdered sugar. The beignets are really good. The crepes aren't so much and especially for the price. They don't have set hours so I don't would say try them if your already at the food truck stop for food and want desserts after. The wait on the dessert is a bit of a time. I ordered with them 3 times already and noticed they take awhile to prepare. They are lucky to have a location that has parking and restrooms. I come to open my box and I'm like "did they eat it" because there was one crepe i repeat ONE CREPE, you would with 10 dollars you get more quantity, my people i finished it two minutes. Delicious beignets! I wasn't super hungry and my sweetie wanted to grab some tacos at a nearby truck so I found this spot for a snack and to fulfill my sweet tooth craving. They had lots of options and the prices are reasonable but I was a little taken aback when I stepped up to place my order and they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I'm glad I took a chance though. As I was waiting, there was a young lady devouring her beignets and she laughed and told me it was totally worth looking like a snowman when she was finished! (And she did, so be careful with that powdered sugar!) I had fruity pebbles and they were super tasty. I was glad that my hubby found his tacos and brought some back to me while I waited though. The staff was really friendly and did apologize for the long wait, which was appreciated. They had one table available to share so at least I made a few new friends while I waited. Always a hard decision.. do I want a waffle, a crepe, beignets.. I can never choose.. so many yummy options for topping and all of them taste so good. And then don't get me started if it's lunch or dinner and now I have to pick through the savory items. We recently got some crepes here when eating out at the other food trucks, figured we'd get some dessert as well. My wife got the Nutella Crepe and added raspberries, I tried the fruity pebbles crepe, both were really good. The fruity pebbles is sweet (of course) so if you don't want to sweet wouldn't recommend. We did also try the red/white/blue crepe but I didn't get a picture of it before my daughter started eating lol. She loved it too much to wait. Truck was clean, service was nice and for it being made fresh didn't take too long to get them. My wife has had some of the beignets as well on a different trip, and she said they were really good. We've yet to taste any of the food crepes, but I'll have to keep it in mind next time we go. Definitely recommend, I know we will sure be back read more

Ate here with the family after a good time at Del Osso. We were craving some funnel cake and made a stop. The two guys running this stand are friendly and you can tell they take pride in what they do! Ordered the funnel cake which was perfect! We ordered ice cream which was good, but I gotta say, that chicken parm crepe was delicious. Crispy with good sauce and plenty of cheese! Friendly local service with some good food. I was "creepin" one night in Manteca, staying over at the TRU by Hilton Hotel. I went up the block to go grab some coffee, and on my way back I noticed some catering trucks off in a side lot. Out of curiosity, not hunger, I went over there to see what I could see. I seen your average of the mill Mexican food, French fries, and other normal food truck fare. Then I came across Dough 'In Batter. They had so many things on the menu, that I couldn't decide. I wasn't hungry, so I opted for some desert. Now I have had beignets before, but they were plain, and I wasn't too impressed. I like crepe, and I like waffles if done right. Funnel Cake is a big no for me. Never did like that. So I was trying to decide on what I wanted. It was out of the waffle or the beignets. Bro that was at the counter was selling his product fa real. He was really good at what he did. I was trying to make the decision, then I just said, you know what, I'll get the beignets AND the waffle. Dude that worked there was cool, that he threw in an order of crepes just on the strength so I could get the full experience. I got back to my hotel and got on it. First I hit the beignets, they were fire. I think I had the Nutella ones. Then I got on the waffles. Waffles wasn't fire. I don't know. I'm not a big waffle fan. The best waffles I have had were at The Waffle House in Georgia. So these waffles, they were okay. But not fire. So then I got on the crepes. I had the strawberry cheesecake crepes. FIRE!!! if i could i would give this place 0 stars. last night i was feeling down so i decided sweets would make it better. i ordered the funnel cake specifically strawberry banana nutella. at first it was okay and i went to sleep around 12 am and woke up at 5:30 am. and it all went to fucking HELL. i had straight liquid poo coming out of my ass for like over a fucking hour and despise all my efforts to keep my vomit down i still threw up. i was sick for literally 3 hours. and i'm certain that this is what did it bc the only other thing i ate was homemade tacos and let me tell y'all. homemade tacos don't do that to you. my family went with me and i'm the only one who got the funnel cake. do not order from this place or else you'll literally be shitting for hours and throwing up. im extremely disappointed. seriously what kind of place does that to you?! i feel like i emptied every liquid in my body. and if i didn't try to sleep it would've kept going be i was still nauseas after i threw up! never ever fucking go here. if i had photos i would post it but unfortunately i was too busy dying to care about that. most people would go to the hospital over this. and i genuinely felt like i should have gone. read more
