Easy, smooth, and hassle-free car buying process. Gordon was our salesperson and he was responsive, thorough, and friendly from before my wife and I stepped foot in the dealership to the point we drove off the lot with a new car. The car we inquired about was all ready for us by the time we arrived, and it got a thorough cleaning, air in the tires, and even some extra gas to get us home which is not something dealers often do these days. I found a car for my daughter (soon to be 16) on the Douglas Dodge Ram website. There were a lot of pictures uploaded but we live four hours away from the dealership. When I emailed the dealership, I got a response right away. The salesman, Stephen Howard, was easy to work with, answered all our questions, and arranged for the car to be brought to my house for a test drive (for a reasonable fee). We ended up buying the car and Mr. Howard again made the paperwork process smooth. read more

I originally took my truck to a dodge dealership in Champaign, I got a lot of double talk and a quote that was outrageously high for $2900. I decided to give this dealership a try as I have heard good things about it. The service department was very professional and fixed my truck for $400. Picture the dreaded "used car salesman" scenario that is usually joked about. Cars look nice, facility is outdated and could use more amenities. Salesman was maybe the worst we have had, didn't seem knowledgeable about the cars or like he even really cared that we were there. Their loss. Went to the dealer on Sept 22 to test driver an SUV. Was told it was in the shop with a sensor problem and they would call me when it was ready. Waited 2 weeks and called to check on the SUV. Was told it was in the shop getting a timing chain, and they would call when it was ready. October 22 and still no call from anyone. Lucky for me I have found another car to buy. read more

Traveled 2 hours to look at a 2012 Audi A7. I spoke with Gordon and he had the car ready when I arrived. He let me drive the vehicle alone which was nice. The car was priced very well and I purchased the car the following week. The experience of purchasing the vehicle was great too. Negotiations were easy and they did not try to sell me anything extra. The paperwork to purchase the vehicle took less than 15 minutes to complete and I hit the road. One of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. read more

My daughter and i went in the other day to find a vehicle and trade in my 2006 town and country with only 106,000 miles on it and the salesman didnt want to help us. he got nasty with us after 3 different cars we test drove didnt appeal to us. I thought that , that was their job . to find us a car taht WE LIKE. instead he said well with your trade in i can give you 600 dollars and your payments will be around 400. he didnt even run our credit. or ask if we had any cash to put down ., and i know the kbb value for our vehicle was more than 600. but you know what got me was his snotty attitude especially when one of the other salesmen said it was quiting time he was done. so i said fine. we will go somewhere else. i have never been treated this badly by an auto dealership when purchasing a car.... i will not ever go back there. and i suggest you dont either. unless you want to get treated badly by this old guy. read more
