Then allowed the Opposing attorney and his client to stall the case for about five months and proceeded to bill me. Then they filed a motion to withdraw stating I gave them permission, without finishing my case. I was already billed about 14,000$. I literally had to figure out how to finish my own case (of course I'm being billed for saving my own case). Mr. Brown had the audacity to tell me in a email to stop playing attorney (and yes he's billing me for the email). Thank God I had common sense to figure out on my own how to protect my case. On top of everything else they broke privilege information without my permission, among other things. I'm sure they are going to respond quite nicely. She made threats to physically assault me by throwing her phone at me if I brought up a certain concern of mine. She was unprepared in court (did not have proper paperwork needed), verbally insulted me for having the necessary paperwork that she should have been prepared with and made lewd sexual comments about other men in the courthouse while she was married. When I confronted her about this she accused me of fabricating everything. Do not trust or use this unethical and uneducated gross excuse for an attorney to represent you if you want to actually win your case. I do have proof of everything I am saying and will gladly share with anyone who is interested as I know Kristyl will deny all of this as she does with all of her previous clients who speak out against her extremely unethical behavior. She also drug the case out in order to keep getting paid but I fired her and hired a competent and trustworthy attorney.
