Doug is a fantastic lawyer and as a matter of fact a very aggressive and knowledgeable representative for any case he takes on. His refreshing and reassuring confidence is rival only to the results he attained. After my accident he returned my call immediately, and carefully laid out how we would proceed with our case, only after being genuinely concerned about my well being. Any question I had was met by an immediate call or text, and it was always an in depth explaination and instructions on what I needed to do at the very first sign of it. When I attended my insurance ordered IME to determine if/what treatment I was eligible for, Doug drove 45 minutes to meet me, each time and helped me figure out the chaotic office, making an gruelling process very bearable. Doug was extremely efficient and got my case resolved in a VERY timely manner, yet despite us reaching a judgement and him being paid Doug has remained on my case. It has been over a year and a half that I have experienced pain since my accident, which resulted in reconstructive surgery, but his determination still has me being treated. Doug was incredible because I was in so much pain at times I couldnt talk, and he did more than talk.
