Sent him a text, Adam came by the next day and we decided to ask him for an estimate on replacing the entire intake hot and cold water supply lines for the house. He gave us a great deal. While he was giving us that estimate, I also asked about installing a brand new electric water heater. He gave us a good deal on that as well. He told us he could get started the next day. Which he did. It was a two day job. But he did what was needed for us to have water again. Tankless water heater works great! My husband used vacation days to be here during the installation, on the morning they were supposed to be here no one showed up and I did not get a phone call until that night asking to reschedule. When they installed our windows they were too small because they did not measure correctly, they install the windows anyway. They refused to insulate the gaps in the window before the trim was put over it to hide it. They also nailed new trim to our old trim instead of removing it. Several windows were damaged and missing screens, we were told that they would replace it and never did. They are now hiding behind Lowe's because they do not want to fix their mistakes. Our windows are not even set into our frames, they are pulled out to hide the fact that the old trim is over the new trim. And as a result our windows stick out several inches from the front of our home. I even have the owner of the company come out to inspect the windows and after showing him all of the issues he claims that he sees nothing wrong. so before you spend your hard earned money to fix up your home, I highly suggest you do more research and avoid this company.
